Jungeun was cute, yes, she wasn't the WORST assistant Jinsoul could've had. Jinsoul unlocked the door to her house. Setting her keys on her table, her mind traced back to the red and blue fish. It was perhaps her favorite thing she'd had ever seen. Fishes and romance, her two favorite things. Jinsoul started to think about making dinner, but her mind traced back to Jungeun's hips, and curves. Jinsoul quickly snapped out of it though.
Next morning, Jinsoul's office had already been a mess and she looked at Jungeun who had been sitting in the blue chair, lazily sitting her legs crossed over the chair's arms, and her hands quickly typing texts. Jinsoul groaned, which made Jungeun notice that she had arrived at work."Hello, your highness." She said, except she smiled and continued scrolling on her phone.
Jinsoul rolled her eyes at the nickname, and noticed how Jungeun was sitting, "Have some cla-"
Jungeun cut Jinsoul off with an exaggerated sigh, before standing up annoyed, "What do you need me to do today?"
Jinsoul looked taken aback, well.. what DID she need Jungeun to do? Jinsoul shrugged, "get me a coffee."
Jungeun left without saying anything, Jinsoul was surprised. No sassy comeback? No your highness? This was indeed surprising.
Jinsoul was mid typing when she noticed a stressed Jiwoo approaching her, "Jinsoul!!" She fussed loudly, coming at her with papers on top of papers. "Can you help me!"
Jinsoul shrugged, "with what?" she asked, not even looking up from her computer.
"I don't know how to research this topic on insurance claims!!" She fussed, crossing her arms.
Jinsoul pressed the enter key on her keyboard exaggerated, and looked up at Jiwoo.
"How do you not know how to?? That's literally this entire job." She said rubbing her five head.
Jiwoo bounced, "please~~ help? I forgot!"
Jungeun walked in carrying Jinsoul's coffee in her right hand, and her left hand in her pocket. "Here you go, miss."
Jiwoo saw Jungeun walk in, and immediately left the room fast, she couldn't handle so much beauty. Jiwoo was relatable.
Jinsoul took the coffee, "Thank you."
Jungeun nodded.
Awkward silence, Jinsoul wondered why Jungeun wasn't being so sassy, maybe that was only her first day she didn't usually act like that?
Jungeun assumes she didn't have anymore work to do because Jinsoul was so stubborn on doing everything by herself.
"You sure you don't need help with anything, Jinsoul?"
Jinsoul looked up at Jungeun, "Yeah—"
Jinsoul and Jungeun's eyes met for a second, they both looked away immediately. Jungeun decided to start conversation.
"I'm sorry for scaring you, yesterday."
Jinsoul looked up at Jungeun again, what was wrong with her? Was she really? "It is okay, it was pretty funny.." she smiled.
Jungeun returned the smile, "Yeah.."
Awkward silence part two, Jungeun didn't know why she was being so silent usually she was a loud and proud soul, it was a good thing. Jinsoul on the other hand had always been quiet, well not quiet but— to herself.
Jungeun looked around the office, which had quickly gotten messy again. Jungeun looked back at Jinsoul and smiled, "Want me to help you clean up..?"
