TAG Theories

So... I've got a load of headcanons/theories/whatever and I really want to share them and see what you guys think!
#1: The Chaos Crew are the Hood's adoptive children
Now, if any of you have read my Hydrogen 4 fanfic, you'll know that in the storyline, Havoc and Fuse are the Hood's adoptive children. I have a list of reasons why I believe this might actually be true:
Firstly, the Chaos Crew make a lot of mistakes. Schoolboy errors. Yet, strangely, the Hood never seems to get really angry with them, or at least not as angry as he did with Colonel Martin Janus and the Mechanic. Hell, the Mechanic did nothing wrong and the Hood still had a hissy fit! So why doesn't the Hood get mad with the Chaos Crew? Well, the only other person we know the Hood doesn't get angry with is Kayo, even when she gets him arrested, and she's his NIECE! So we can sort-of assume that the Hood and the Chaos Crew might be closely related. Except, a prominent physical trait in both the Hood and Kayo is their eyes, which are practically identical. Havoc and Fuse don't have this. So maybe, maybe, the Chaos Crew are like the Hood's adoptive kids or something? Idk this is just my theory.

2: Couples
I have a really bad habit of matchmaking seemingly random fictional characters. I like to think I have a sort of fangirl sixth sense that enables me to sense chemistry and pick up on hints that characters have crushes on each other. Yeah right. But anyway, I'll explain my matchmaking.
Kalan (AlanxKayo)
Ok, I write a lot of Kalan fanfics so I think I better explain. But really, the chemistry there is freaking obvious. Anybody remember the famous Ring of Fire Babysitter scene? If not, go watch it again. I can't be asked to quote it. Also, pretty much every time they're in TB3 together they're flirting. Care to remember that little scene in Falling Skies?
Alan: Want me to go over the launch procedure with you?
Kayo: I have flown this before, Alan. But if you want to give me your little presentation...
Alan: Er, no, actually, we should, er, get going!
Also, there was this brilliant line in Ghost Ship:
John: I'm just saying, Kayo never has to know you're scared of ghosts.
What can I say? Kalan is my OTP. Case closed.

Jidley (JohnxRidley)
I don't think many people ship this. I don't care. It's right after Kalan in my OTP list. The Jidley hints were mostly in Impact, which is one of my favourite episodes.
Brains: I've never seen John behave so ir-irrationally.
Behaving irrationally because of your crush? Definite sign.
John: That's nice. I-I mean of you.
Talking awkwardly? Stuttering? More signs.
And then in The Man fron TB5, John goes on a date with Lady Penelope and messes everything up! Although, to be honest, Lady Penelope might've gone on that date to make Gordon jealous.

Again, not sure of the shipname and if any of you have read Hydrogen 4 you'll know Marion is probably the main character. As for her and Scott, anyone remember that scene in Crosscut where they fall into the Mole, land on top of each other and they're both like "yeah, that's fine." But idk.
