*One month later*

Ginny woke up excited, but it took her a second to recall why. After a moment of excitement and anticipation, she remembered—she was getting married today!

Her second realization came when she rolled over, to discover that Harry was not in their bed. It was still quite early, so Ginny didn't know where he'd be. Dismissing this thought, she made her way downstairs.

Sitting at her kitchen table was Hermione, who was sipping a cup of coffee while reading the paper. "Morning, Gin."

"'Mione?" Ginny yawned tiredly. "What are you doing here?"

"I've come to help you get ready, of course. Harry's with Ron at our house, doing the same thing."

"Oh. Well, does Mum know?" Ginny asked. "Merlin, Hermione, I can't believe I'm getting married today!"

Hermione laughed at Ginny's sudden brightness. "Yes, your mum knows. She's gonna be over here in a few minutes, actually."

Just a few moments later, there was a knock at the door. Ginny went to open it, and was immediately pulled into a fierce hug.

"Ginny!" Mrs. Weasley pulled back, admiring her daughter. "Let's get you ready, dear."

With the help of Hermione, Mrs. Weasley, and coffee, Ginny was almost wedding ready. Her dress was white, with lacy sleeves and an off the shoulder top. Her messy red hair had been transformed into delicate waves, which were pinned back to show off her face.

"Oh, Ginny..." Mrs. Weasley wiped a tear out of her eye. "You look beautiful, love."

"You really do look great, Gin," Hermione smiled. "Now, I've got to get ready as well."

At Ron and Hermione's flat, Harry was in a similar situation. Ron and Mr. Weasley had helped him into his suit, and even got his hair to lay flat. His appearance was neat and collected, even through his excitement and nerves.

"I'm nervous," Harry turned to Ron anxiously. "What if she says no?"

"Are you mental, mate? She's not gonna say no. She loves you to much for that," Ron encouraged him.

"I know. I just—I never thought I'd get to see this day, you know?"

"I know, Harry. But you'll be brilliant," Ron grinned and adjusted his tie.

"Alright, Ron, Harry." Mr. Weasley entered the room. "It's time to go."

Despite Mrs. Weasley's efforts to accommodate everyone's needs, there were just so many people. That was one of the first things Harry noticed as he was waiting for Ginny—the amount of people. There wasn't enough chairs for everyone, and many people were standing.

The backyard was decorated in crimson and gold, with red tablecloths with gold accents. The whole area was greatly resembling Gryffindor.

Harry stood by Ron, Neville, and George at the altar. He looked around the crowd, seeing faces of people from close classmates to teachers to people he only said a few words to. In the front row were the Weasleys, who were giving him encouraging smiles. Hagrid was in the back, holding a box of tissues.

The wait was agony. It was only a few minutes, but to Harry, it felt like hours. He just wanted to see his soon-to-be wife. Finally, one by one, people started to walk down the aisle.

First it was Hermione, who's usually bushy hair was pinned up in an elegant bun. Luna and Angelina followed her, with matching red dresses and hairstyles. The ladies took their places up at the front. Victoire came out next, linking arms with Teddy.
