Chris and I were Wyatt's room while the sisters and Leo were helping with Magic School. The robed demon was standing over Wyatt's crib with a bright light pouring out of his hands. Paige and Leo suddenly walked into the room. The demon saw them and shimmered out.
"What the hell is going on?" Leo asked.
"Wait, I can explain." Chris said as Leo rushed over to Wyatt.
"Are you okay, buddy?" Leo asked Wyatt.
"What was he doing?" Paige asked.
"Nothing. I mean, nothing bad, I swear." Chris said.
"Nothing bad? He's a demon."
"But he wasn't hurting him, I promise. Wyatt's shield wasn't even up."
"I trusted you, I vouched for you." Leo said.
"Look, just let me explain."
"Get out of here."
"Paige, please."
"Now!" Leo yelled and Chris orbed us out.)

When we arrived back at the manor, a bunch of teenagers were in the room. Chris and I went in the kitchen and I sat down while Chris went to get Paige.
"What are you doing here?" She asked.
"I need your help."
"My help? That's rich with what you pulled. Listen, I have enough juvenile delinquents to take care of. Thanks." She turned to leave but Chris stopped her.
"Hey, please, just hear me out. I'm running out of time."
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"Exactly that. Don't you see that's the only reason why I went to the demon. He can scan for evil. And maybe figure out who's gonna turn Wyatt since we haven't been able to."
"Okay, you're not making any sense."
"Paige, listen to me. I need you to trust me. And I need you to get Piper and Leo to trust me too, before it's too late."
Then we heard the kids scream in the other room.
"The headless horseman!" Someone screamed.
"Paige!" Piper yelled. I followed Chris and Paige as they ran into the conservatory.
"What happened?" Paige asked as the headless horseman ran around the room swinging his sword. The conservatory doors opened and he galloped outside. "Is everyone alright?"
"I think so." One of the kids said.
"Head count. No jokes, just do it." Piper said and looked at me and Chris "What are you doing here?"
"Just trying to help."
"They're all here." Paige said. Then Gideon walked out of the magic school door.
"I heard the alarm. What's this doing open?" He asked.
"One of the students must have opened it without my seeing." Paige said.
"And the horseman?"
"Gone. Out those doors." Chris said.
"You have to stop him."
"Okay, well, we have to figure out..."
"No, you don't understand. People in the outside aren't protected like we are at school. They'll die."
"Then we need Phoebe."
"We'll get her." Chris said and we ran through the school door.
When we found Phoebe she was with one of the students. She looked like she was in a trance.
"Phoebe, can you hear me? We need your help. Are you okay?" Chris said, trying to get her to come too.
"Uh, I don't know. Am I?" She asked the student.
"You tell me. What'd you see?"
"Uh, I saw children, and my child. And a life without demons. Is that even possible?"
"With your powers you know by now what is truth and what is not. Embrace those powers again, embrace your path and it will lead you there."
"You don't know how much you've given me."
"You should go. So you can use your powers to help save our school."
The three of us ran back into the manor and found Paige, Gideon, and Leo.
" Oh, Phoebe, I'm so glad to see you, I was worried." Paige said.
"What's the matter? Didn't you trust me?" Chris asked.
"Separate subject." Leo said.
"How's Piper?" Phoebe asked.
"You're not gonna like it." Paige said.
"She's been kidnapped." Leo said.
"What?" The three of us asked.
"That's the bad news. The good news is that she's here, somewhere." Paige said.
"Well, if one of the students took her, I can't sense which one it is." Gideon said.
"Maybe I can. Thanks to your wolf." Phoebe walked over to the frozen kids. "I can sense pain, and anger, a lot of anger, wants revenge. Do any of them hate the high school?"
"They're teenagers, they all hate the school." I said.
Paige pointed to a boy.
"But he's a conjurer." Piage said.
"No, it's not him." Phoebe turns to another boy. "But who's this guy?"
"A telepath."
"Yeah, he's telepathing a whole lot of rage right now." Then the kid moved.
"Well, look who just solved the case." he said.
"Zachary?" Gideon said.
"Surprise." Then he disappeared.
"What happened? Where'd he go?" Chris asked.
"That wasn't Zachary, that was an astral projection." Leo said.
"He doesn't have that power."
"No, but a teacher here does. And Herman's a conjurer and Piper can freeze." Paige said.
"He's using his telepathy to tap into other people's powers." I said.
"Where's the real Zachary?" Leo asked.
"He's at school with Piper."
"But why? What does he want with her?" Chris asked.
~o~
Chris left and I stayed behind with Leo and Gideon.
"How could I not have seen this? How could I not have sensed his pain? After all these years with him." Gideon said.
"It's not your fault, Gideon. Even you can't see everything." Leo said.
"I should have seen this. I should have focused more on the boy, then on his magic." Then Paige walked in through the magic school door.
"We have to get the kids out of here now." She said.
"Why?" I asked.
"What's the matter?" Leo asked.
"It's Zachary. He's lost it." Paige said.
"Orb them out up there. I'll try talking to him." Gideon said to Leo. "Just go." "Leo orbed out with the kids and I stayed behind. "You should leave too."
"No I'm staying to try and find a way to get rid of the horseman." I said.
"Paige you should go somewhere safe." He told her.
"Why?" Paige said shape shifted into Zac. "After all, I came here for you." He waved his arm and Gideon flew across the room.
"Gideon!" I went over to him when Zac flung me across to the other side of the room. "Stop!" I tried again but he flung me back into a wall.
"KC stop." Gideon told me as I sat up.
Gideon was laying on the floor. Zac was standing in front of him with his arm outstretched, levitating a dagger in front of Gideon's neck.
"Why take it out on others, Zachary? Why not just come after me?"
"Because I want you to suffer, Gideon. Like you made me suffer ever since I got here. I want you to see your precious school destroyed. Bit by bit."
" But that doesn't give you the right to kill an innocent."
"You scolding me now? You gonna give me a demerit? That wasn't supposed to happen. I just wasn't the sisters out of the way. The horseman's only supposed to hurt evil."
"Evil? You think teachers are evil?"
"They are when they keep me here against my wishes. They take me away from my family, my home, without even thinking about what I want."
"Why didn't you come to me?"
"I did, damn it! Every time I snuck out, every time I got in trouble. But you didn't care, you wouldn't listen."
"We're listening." I looked over and Piper, Phoebe and Paige walked in. "It's okay, we're not gonna hurt you." Paige said.
"We're here to help." Phoebe said.
"How'd you get out?" Gideon asked.
"Magic." Piper said.
"See, sometimes it takes us away from our lives as well, a lot more than we'd like it to." Paige said.
"But it's who we are whether we like it or not. We can't change that and neither can you."
"You have to accept it." Phoebe said.
"You have to realise this is not worth throwing your life away for. Just let it go. That's it. Easy." Paige said as Zac was lowing the dagger. Piper and Phoebe knelt beside Gideon.
"You okay?" Phoebe asked.
"Yes. I just guess I've been more invisible than I realised over the years."
