Chris and I were with Paige and Gideon in the great hall of magic school, Chris stood on a ladder and pulled out another book from the bookshelf. Paige and Gideon were writing a spell to take Chris and I home.
"You know, your time travel section is due for a serious overhaul. I mean, I can find more information Googling." Chris said and I started to laugh.
"Googling?" Gideon asked confused.
"Like on the internet?" I said and he looked more confused.
"Never mind." Chris stepped down. "Any luck with that spell yet?"
"You mean since the last two minutes you asked me?" Paige said.
"Look, I'm just getting nervous here, okay? My birthday is in two days, and if I'm not outta here before I'm born-"
"What? Something bad you don't know about could happen?"
"I just don't want to take any chances. Besides, we came here and did what we had to do, and that was to save Wyatt. Now it's time for us to go home."
Then Mom and Dad walked in. Dad pushing Mom's suitcase.
"Sooner than you might think."
"Oh, no. No, no, no. Not yet. You're early." Chris said freaking out.
"Oh, relax. I'm just getting a jump on things. I'm not in labor. I'm sending some stuff back to the house."
"Just don't scare me, okay?"
"What's the matter? Isn't the spell ready?" Dad asked.
"I think it's ready. It should work." Gideon said.
"Should work? What do you mean?"
"Well, there are no guarantees with time travel, Leo. You should know that better than anyone. Sorry. There's always a chance that something might go wrong."
"All right. We're not taking any chances."
"We might have to. We're running out of time here." Chris said looking at me.
"No. I'm not sending you through a one-way portal unless I know where you're gonna land."
"You can never be certain, unless, of course, you went too. And even then..."
"All right. Let's just forget the spell and start to work on that potion again."
"But the spell has a better chance of working. It's the Power of Three."
"Yes, but if something goes wrong, he'll have extra potion with him and he can come right back."
"I agree. It sounds safer, so why don't you guys get to work on that? Paige, can you orb these home for me? Just squeeze them into the nursery or something?" Mom said.
"Nursery?" Paige said with nervous wide eyes.
"You did clean out the nursery, right?"
"Yeah. No. I was working on the spell. I'm sorry."
"Well, you better hurry, or else Baby Chris will be sleeping in your room."
"Yeah, don't worry. I'm all over it." Paige went over to the bags and orbed out.
"Don't forget diapers. Lots of diapers."
"Okay. Gotta get outta here." Chris said. He's clearly had enough of this family for a life time.

Chris and I drew a large triquetra symbol with chalk on the wall.
"I wonder how different the future's gonna be, how much different our lives are gonna be." Chris stepped back, and I followed as Dad walked up to us.
"I just want you to get home safely. Now remember, if anything seems different, we have another vial of this to get back right away." Dad gave him a potion.
"You worry too much, you know that? We'll be fine."
"I'm your father. It's my job to worry. Now listen, when you get back there, you gotta take it easy on Wyatt, okay? You can't hold a grudge."
"Hey, as long as he's not Ruler of All Evil, I'm cool."
"I'm serious. He's gonna be different. Good. He's not gonna remember he wasn't. So if you really want to change the future, you gotta start with a clean slate."
"Okay. Okay, I get it. How about you? Are you starting with a clean slate?"
"How do you mean?"
"Like you and mom. Look, all I'm saying is I'd like to know where you two are headed before I go back, that's all. I mean you guys do still have to have KC."
"It's complicated. I'm an Elder. I made a commitment. We'll make sure KC's born don't worry."
"So? It's not like you haven't broken the rules before. I'm living proof of that."
"Yeah. We'll see. Listen, we have enough of this stuff if you want to try a dry run before everybody gets here. What do you think?"
"Yeah. Let's do it." Chris and I stepped back and Dad threw the potion. Before it hit the wall, the potion broke. Chris signed and both of them folded their arms.
"That should have worked. I'll get you guys home, I promise."
After a few minutes we decided to use Gideon's spell.
~o~
Dad pushed Wyatt into the Great Hall as he and Mom walked in.
"Where are Phoebe and Paige?" Chris asked.
"I'm sure they'll be here soon." Mom said.
"Soon? Soon is when Dad and us have to go."
"Dad? What do you mean?" Mom looked at Dad. "Wait, you're gonna go too?"
"Just long enough to make sure they gets where they need to be."
"And when exactly where you gonna tell me about this?"
"I told him he didn't have to come. We don't need him."
"No. It's too dangerous. Remember the last time you went through a portal? You were almost dinosaur kibble. I have to go."
"Honestly that was partially your fault." I told Dad remembering when he threw Chris in the time portal.
"She's gotta point there." Then Gideon walked in.
"Sorry. I just wanted to go over the spell one more time, make a few tweaks."
"Tweaks? Let me see that." Mom took the spell from Gideon's hands. Then Phoebe and Paige orbed in.
"Finally. Where have you two been?"
"Sorry. We were a little, uh...held up." Paige said.
"But we're here now, so let's get this show on the road, you know? The clock's a-tickin'. Tick-tock, tick-tock." Phoebe said in a rush.
"Since when are you in such a hurry to say goodbye?" Mom said.
"Well, since something happened with the thing, and the thing, with the thing."
"Huh?" Chris said.
"What?" I said.
"There's a warrant out for Chris's arrest."
"What?" Dad said.
"Are you kidding me?" I said.
"Yeah. I tried to get Darryl to bury it, but he's not on our side anymore."
"This is bad. If I leave and they can't find me they're gonna come after you."
"It's okay. We've been through worse. We'll get through this. We'll figure it out. And if you get back to the future and we're in jail, you just have to bust us out. You just go back to that beautiful, peaceful world that you helped create." Phoebe hugged Chris and then me. "I'm really gonna miss you two."
"I'll miss you too."
"Same here." I said.
"Aw. Here comes the huggin' part." Paige said as she gave Chris and I a hug. Then mom hugged Chris.
"Thank you for coming here. I love you."
"I love you so much, mom." Chris whispered. Then she hugged me.
"I'll see you soon Mom."
"Now go on. Hurry. Be safe."
"Thanks for all your help."
"You did a noble thing in coming here." Gideon said.
"Pow. Be good."
We turned to the triquetra and the girls said the spell.
"In this place and in this hour, we call upon the ancient power, open the door through time and space. Create a path to another place." Then Chris, Dad, and I walked into the portal.
When we came out we saw everything was dark. Mom, Phoebe, and Paige were dressed weird.
"Where are we?" Chris said and pushed me behind him.
"I have no idea." Dad said. This wasn't suppose to happen.
~o~
We tried everything until Dad decided to go to Barbas. Everything was different in this world. The underworld was full of light and flowers. It was peaceful. Baraas was wearing all white, instead of all black.
"I know the truth of all your hopes because I can feel your greatest hope inside here, the hope that one day to return home. Oh, and of course, your presence here gives me great hope, the hope that someplace there really is a different kind of world, a world where the greater good, the, uh, the goodness of the heart prevails." He put a hand on Dad's shoulder.
"Is he for real?" Chris asked.
"He must be. Demon of Fear in our world must be the Demon of Hope here." Dad turned to good Barbas. 'Question is, do you have enough power to send us back?"
"Oh, alas, no, I do not, not if you were brought here by the Power of Three. But, however, hope springs eternal, so I may be able to persuade the sisters of my world to help us simply by relying on their greatest hope, the hope to reunite with your counterparts, and then, maybe..." He waved his hand over Chris' face. "You will be able to return to your time before it's too late as you hope." He began to touch Chris, but he slapped his hand away.
"Whoa. Don't touch me."
Then Paige and Phoebe orbed in."
"Oh, thank god." Paige said.
"Quickly, orb away. I will deal with them. I've done it before."
"No, it's okay. They're the good ones." Dad said.
"Trust us. They're not evil." Chris said.
"No, but we are." We turned around to the evil Paige and Phoebe.
"Nice knuckles. Brass?" Phoebe asked her twin.
"No, Tiffany's."
"Ooh, what a waste of a nice blue box." Paige said.
"What'd you say, witch?" Evil Paige said.
"Okay look, we didn't come here to fight. We just came to get Leo and Chris." Phoebe said.
"Well, so did we."
"Fine. You give us ours, we'll give you yours." Paige said.
"Right. Like we can trust you. You're good."
"Wait, you can't trust us? Who are the evil ones here?" Phoebe said.
"Come on, ladies. Have some hope. We can work this out peacefully." Barbas tried.
"Shut up!" All four of them yelled.
"We'll take care of you later." Then both pairs huddled together.
Both Paiges and Phoebes turned around and orbed out. The orbs hit each other in mid air, sending each pair of sisters back, landing and reforming.
"That sucked." Evil Phoebe said as they all stood up.
"All right. I'll take mine, you take yours." Phoebe said and both Phoebes stepped away. Evil Paige conjured a Darklighter crossbow and fired at her. She orbed them down until she was out of arrows.
"Rock!" They each orbed a rock and threw it toward each other.
"Look out!" Dad yelled and he, Chris, Good Barbas, and I duck as the rocks smash in mid-air. "This is nuts. No one can win. They're too evenly matched.'
"Well, they think alike." I said.
"Boulder!" They orbed a large rock. Leo, Chris, Good Barbas, and I ran and took cover behind a group of rocks. The boulders exploded on impact.
"We don't have time for this. I gotta get back to Piper. We gotta get you guys home."
"When Gideon said something can go wrong with the portal, I don't think he knew how wrong." Chris said.
"You said Gideon?" Barbas asked.
"Yeah. Why?" I asked.
"Because just maybe he did know how wrong it could go."
"What do you mean? Gideon is after Wyatt?" Dad asked.
"He was desperately hoping to eliminate Wyatt."
"It's Piper." We heard the Paiges say. we all stood up. "Hello?"
"Is she okay?" The Phoebes asked.
"She's in labor. I'm on my way." then they hung up.
"We have to go get Piper." Out Paige said.
"And Wyatt." Dad said.
We all got the manor to see Gideon trying to kill Wyatt.
"We call upon ancient lore to punish with the power of four, strike down this threat from both there and here, make him suffer, then disappear." The Paiges and Phoebes chanted and Gideon black orbed out. Evil Wyatt sat on the floor crying.
"Wyatt, thank god." Both Phoebes said but out Phoebe stopped realizing that's not our Wyatt.
Evil Phoebe goes over to pick up Evil Wyatt.
"Did you give that bad man Gideon those wounds?" Evil Phoebe said to Wyatt.
"It looks like Wyatt can handle himself." Evil Paige said.
Dad picked up the athame.
"Yeah, but for how long? Gideon's one of the most powerful Elders. If he wants him dead, he'll find a way."
"I can't believe it was Gideon all along." Chris said.
"Honestly I could." Everyone looked at me. "Think about for a second. We tell an Elder that Wyatt turns evil. He'll see Wyatt as a threat to the world from then on, causing this to happen."
"She's got a point." Chris said.
"And he's still out there. If he wasn't vanquished here, he wasn't vanquished in our world, either." Dad said.
"So what we need to do is get everybody back in the right place." Paige said.
"Yeah, fix this whole nutty balance..."
"Balance..."
"Thing."
"I'm with ya."
"This is giving me a head ache." I said.
"The problem is we don't have the Power of Three to open the portal."
"No, but we do have-"
"The Power of Four."
Paige and Evil Paige went to the wall and drew the triquetra.
Once everything was set we went through the portal and found our Wyatt on the floor.
"There's my brave little guy. Quick, the portal's closing. We gotta get their guys back through."
"We'll get 'em." Chris and I orbed to magic school and found the three of them in a crystal cage. They all stood up, obviously pissed.
"Whao!" Chris put his hands up. "We gotta hurry, portals closing." We let them out and we all went to the manor and they barly made it through the portal in time.
