"Oh..." Tigress said quietly. "So a lot happened, huh?"

"Yup," Po said. "Mantis unparalyzed you, but the antidote weakened your Chi so you had to keep resting for a while... a lot." The Dragon Warrior chuckled a bit. "Since so much happened, Shi Fu gave us a few days off of training... I mean, thank goodness for that."

Tigress smirked. "I'm surprised that you weren't the one that needed to stay in bed."

"Hey!" Po exclaimed, trying to hide his grin. "...Wait actually, you speak the truth."

The young tiger chuckled, an arm rested across her knees.

"O...kay, we're just gonna go now and leave you two love-birds be." Mantis slowly piped up.

"What?" Tigress looked at the Mantis with piercing eyes. "You better watch your mouth or I'll rip it out myself." She warned. Heat made its way to her cheeks and halfway up her ears.

"Aw, man. You're just making Po really sad now, you know." Mantis continued to tease them, obviously enjoying the entertainment.

"Mantis!" Po warned his friend through clenched teeth, though inside he was screaming his heart out. His cheeks were burning hot. He heart did drop a little when Tigress was so quick to deny that they were a couple, and that they were just friends. He felt as if he was just friend-zoned.

"That's enough, Mantis." Viper told him firmly, noticing both her victimized friends beginning to become rather flustered.

"Ugh, fine. But-" The master started, but Monkey quickly shut his mouth before he could make another undesired remark.

Po silently exhaled in relief, glad all the torment of embarrassment had passed. "Thank you."

With that, the group left, leaving only Po left to accompany the tiger. Tigress just rolled her eyes at her friends' behavior. There was an awkward silence for a moment, both the panda and the tiger not sure what to say. Suddenly, the distant gong was heard.

"Oh, time for lunch." Said Po, sounding almost relieved. "I'll be back with some food for you."

"No, Po. I'm sure I can make it to the kitchen on my own. I'm not that weak." Tigress assured him.

Po just raised an eyebrow at her, seeing the fatigue in her eyes. "Nope!" With that, he scurried out the room and shut the door firmly behind him. "I'll be back in a minute!" He called out to Tigress before making his way to the kitchen, giving no time for Tigress to protest.

She frowned for a minute, but then chuckled with a small smile. "That panda..."

(Time-skip: two days later later)

"Tigress, you sure?" Po asked, staring her in the eye with an unconvinced look. It has been a few days since Tigress recovered and Po was just giving her some breakfast when she decided that she could start walking again.

Tigress sighed, sitting up in her bed. "Po, it's already been a two days since I woke up-"

"And more than a month before you actually did!" The panda protested.

"-I'm pretty sure I'm able to walk now." Tigress finished her sentence.

The Dragon Warrior sighed in defeat. "Fine, but I'm not going anywhere until I'm one-hundred percent sure that you can."

"Are you doubting me, Dragon Warrior?" The tiger asked in a calm tone, but she had a hint of a playful smirk on her face.

Po stuttered. "N-No, I wouldn't, y-you know... doubt you. W-why would you think that?"

Tigress just chuckled before shifting to the edge of her bed. Po looked like he wanted to stop her, but forced himself not to.

Slowly, the tiger shifted her weight onto her feet and pushed herself up. Nausea took over her vision for a bit as she had moved too quickly, and she would have fallen over was it not for Po. He held her arm firmly as Tigress regained her balance.

She glanced at him and scowled. "Don't give me that look, panda." Po slowly let go of her arm to let her stand on her own.

Tigress was about to step forward when Viper's voice was suddenly heard. "Po, you in there?" This startled Tigress but she managed to keep her balance. The snake opened the door and she sighed as she saw the tiger up and about. "Tigress, what are you doing up? Shouldn't you be getting more rest?"

"Really? I've trained in the Jade Palace for over twenty years and you all still don't think I'm capable of standing up?" Tigress looked frustrated as she crossed her arms.

"Don't be like that, Tigress. It's not like that." Viper tried to reason and she approached her.

"Well, if it's not like that, then what is it like?" The warrior challenged, staring her friend down. The atmosphere started to get tense between the two girls. The other masters came to see what all the fuss was about, but when they saw Tigress' face, they knew she was angry.

"OK, break it off. That's enough." Crane commanded.

"What is going on in here?" Mantis questioned.

Tigress inhaled and exhaled slowly, as she tried to control her anger and frustration. "Everyone, out of my room NOW."

Po tried to talk to her, "Tigress-"

"NOW!" The tiger growled as she pointed out the door. Everyone immediately made their escape while they still had the chance and closed the door behind them. They were slightly shaken with fear, but they attempted to shrug it off and head back to the kitchen.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In the kitchen, Mantis started to ask questions. "Guys, what happened? One minute we're eating breakfast, the next, we're running away from an angry Tigress."

"It's just.. Tigress doesn't like to be doubted." Viper said as she looked down. "I should've been more careful."

"Hey, Viper, everything's going to be just fine. Tigress literally can't stay mad at you." Po tried to comfort his friend.

"Yes, you were just caring about her. She can't be upset with you for that." Monkey agreed. "I mean, she can't be upset with you for long."

"Don't worry about it. You're not the only person she's been frustrated with." Crane told her. "Ha, she can even be upset with Master Shifu from time to time."

The snake smiled at them. "Thanks you guys."

While the other masters were chatting in the kitchen, Tigress had already made her way to the training hall. It took her some time to get used to walking, but she got the hang of it soon enough that the trek to the training arena took no time and effort at all.

Tigress opened the doors and stepped inside. She looked around, seeing the same equipment that had been there before. It had been a such long time since she trained here. At least, that is how she felt. Now was her chance to finally do so. To finally train.
