Noah's pov

After Kristen finished we went downstairs to get some popcorn and drinks for a movie we were gonna watch in my room. Kristen went to our pantry and grabbed two bags of popcorn then waited by the microwave to pop them. I went to the refrigerator and grabbed two Pepsi's and waited next to Kristen. I sat them down and kissed her playfully on the ear. She kissed me back rested herself on my body.

"So have you heard from Rich?" I asked
"No I takes to my mom the other day, she was prettying upset that he's gone. He isn't showing up to work and he isn't answering his calls. They're really worried." She said calmly
"Are you worried?" I asked
She hesitated "Not really, he's probably visiting his family just trying to take some time for himself."
"Okay. Well if you wanna talk about it just let me know."
"Okay." She said grabbing the bags and dumping them in a bowl.
"Let's go." She said walking to the stairs.

We sat on my bed and watched Wonder together, it was a really good movie. Kristen cried a little bit, it was adorable. We didn't talk much during the movie though. After it was over my mom texted me saying she was on her way and would be home soon. Kristen played on her phone while I did some homework.

"Hey babe." She said
"Hm."
"Do you wanna go out tonight?" She asked looking over at me.
"Yeah sure where?" I asked
"Campiello." Campiello was a semi expensive restaurant and you would have to be careful with what you order to not go over $100.
"I mean sure I'll have to ask my parents for some money but I don't think they'll mind."
"I kinda feel bad I know it's expensive just craving their fried calamari."
"I mean it's not that expensive."

Are conversation continued working out the details of when to go out and prices. We settled to go out at 9, I called and made reservations. When my parents got home Kristen and I walked down the stairs to ask for money. My parents were wealthy but we didn't flaunt it like most people. We kept our business to ourselves.

My mom was sitting at the dinning table sorting out a little stack of papers and my dad was in the living room flipping through the channels. I went in the room and Kristen followed behind me. My mom looked over and smiled.

"Hi Kristen! Honey I haven't seen you in ages!"
"It's been like a week." Kristen said and they both laughed.
"Still feels long I guess. So what are you guys up to?" She asked.
"Oh nothing we were just wondering if you could give us some money to go to Campiello tonight?"
"Oh sure hun what time are you going?"
"Uh nine if that's okay with you?"
"Oh yeah totally just be home before midnight." She said reaching in her purse and handing me $200.
"Oh mom this is too much we only need a hundred."
"No go buy your girlfriend something nice after like a gentleman. Um something with love, possibly something shiny." She said giving Kristen a wink.
We all laughed. "Thanks mom." I said giving her a hug.

Authors note - these chapters have been boring! Sorry abt that. I have a few things in mind. Any suggestions?
