Samuel
Two whole fucking months and we are having a bon fire, a celebration to know the fact that Amerie hasn't been seen since.
And within those two months I have spent my days basically working out at the gym. I was no longer skinny but I still had a long way to go as I was now sporting a four pack. I was aiming for a little more.
"Oh come on Sammy..." Ava pressed her boobs against my arm while handing me a drink, "This is a party lighten up."
"No thank you." Turning her down she pouted.
"Liam." She called, "can you tell your friend here that this is no time to be moping around. Why he likes an old lady is beyond me."
She is lucky she is a girl otherwise I'd castrate her balls right now.
"She's right man. You have been on edge ever since umm that..." he stopped trying to form the right words, "Ever since Amerie had left."
"Can't you just leave me alone." While everyone was getting wasted I was too busy trying to find out what went wrong.
Why did she leave? Was I nothing more than just a child to her.
"Son..." I looked up to see my father also handing me a drink. "I know you had a thing for her but let me remind you she is much much older than you."
That may be true but why does she look younger than most of the wolves here. It's like she hasn't age.
Right now I don't care how old she is, I just want her back.
If I ever see her I'd make sure to tie her up. I'm bigger than her now and much stronger then when I was a little boy so to over take her would be easy.
She's back, go to her now. Seff chirped.
My senses where now on high alert. As the wind had blown my way, her scent being carried off, honey. She had always smelt of honey.
In a flash and without notice I had snuck out and shifted into Seff.
I don't know why but Seff was now becoming anxious. We must go to her. He said with worry.
Her scent was getting much stronger and the feel to hold her in my arms was unimaginable.
Sniffing her I had stop only to smell another.
She was not alone. But this scent I couldn't figure out. It was not a human, nor a wolf so what was it?
Running she came into view Amerie.
But her face seemed distress. Looking pass her was a man who was pleading with an angry looking face as he tried to touch her.
I was furious, so was Seff. Someone was trying to touch what was ours. Even if she wasn't our mate I had already had a claim on her.
Amerie however pulled back as the man continue to hold her.
A loud growl erupted from my chest as I had immediately shifted into the air and stood in front of Amerie shielding her from this stranger.
"Seff." She spoke, her voice soothing to my ears.
"Amerie who is this?" The man glared.
Trying to step around me, I had pushed Amerie behind me making sure this man makes no attempt to harm her. He gives off a threatening vibe.
And I had the urge to protect what was mine.
"Mom." I felt her hands on my naked back.
"Mom?" The man sneered, "Your son?"
"Seff please leave." She asked.
What, but I just go here and no way in hell am I leaving her with that thing. "No, I don't care what is going on but you need to leave." I gestured towards the man.
"Seff! Leave now do you hear me." She yelled. She never yells at me.
"But Mom..."
"OH Seff do not make me repeat myself. You are not a baby any more so leave."
I don't know why she's yelling but I could hear her heart racing. "Mom, if I leave, you are coming with me."
I felt her breath from behind as I not once taking my eyes off the man. "Seff I am sick and tired of baby sitting you so leave."
What? Her words hurt. So she really does think I am a child. "Is that what you think of me?"
"Go on boy, do as your mother's says." He mocked.
I'd like nothing more than to rip out his throat. "You don't get to tell me otherwise." I snarled.
In all her strength Amerie had instantly pushed me aside, "Seff go home. Go back to daddy. Your daddy was right after all about me, now go." I was confused. Why was she doing this?
"What the fuck did you do to her?" I barked at the man who only laughed.
"Oh Amerie you hadn't told him about me." He clicked his tongue.
"Fucking Seff you are nothing but a nuisance and an annoying bastard, who could only follow me like a momma's boy. I don't want you here so go away and leave me alone."
I heard what she said, hell Seff even understood but among her hash words her eyes held a different emotion guilt.
I'm not stupid nor am I blind. I know what she was doing. And I don't care. "You don't get to tell me what to do." In an instant I had yanked her behind me once again protecting what was mine.
"Poor boy you should have listened to your mother."
"And who the fuck are you?"
"Aren't you going to tell him Amerie, who am I to you."
Amerie didn't say anything, she stilled at his words, "You are no one."
"I begged to differ." He laughed maniacally.
"Get off my land." I growled. Seff was ready to come out.
Amerie only held me back, her touches had calmed the rage in me.
"Seff please do as I say, and go home." She begged.
I however chose not to listen to her. She was gone for two whole fucking months and I had promise myself once I see her I wouldn't let her out of my sight.
On that thought the man had charged at me and now he was a mere inches away from me. He was fast. So fast that I didn't see him coming.
His hand was about to grip my throat when I had grabbed his arm. He was strong and now I know he isn't human. So what is he. "For an Alpha you aren't that strong."
Amerie tried to rip his grip away from me and as he was about to punch her I pushed her receiving that harsh blow.
I flew back instantly against a tree. "What the hell?"
"Seff!" Amerie yelled as she ran towards me but the man grabbed her hair.
Shifting into my wolf Seff, I charged at him, biting his arm in the process.
Amerie fell and screamed, "Seff. No Marcus stop."
Marcus? So the two do know each other.
Being distracted I was suddenly thrown, my head flew back and a rock had broken my fall.
My body ached in places that never before had felt and I was close to blacking out but not before I know what secret she had kept from me.
"Tell him Amerie, tell him that I am your husband."
