Husband? Marcus? What the fuck is he talking about? And who the hell is Marcus? Amerie is not married. She couldn't be married.

"Tell him Amerie, tell him that I am your husband." Fuck, that voice. That had haunted me in my sleep. Last thing I had remember all those years ago. Can't be true can it? I refuse to believe its true. Unless it comes from her mouth. None the less she is mine married or not. I will not let this Marcus take her away from me.

"Oh but she is son." As if reading my thoughts Noah answered my silent question.

Liam kept quiet, he was more like the mediator in this situation here.

"And how would you know?"

"He told me?" He answered confidentially.

"You fucking met him!" My voice was once again rising. Who the hell is this man before me. He is no Alpha. He is a coward and weak minded. How he became Alpha is beyond me because Alpha's are suppose to be superior than any other creature out there. We are suppose to be strong headed and not let anyone tell us otherwise.

Instead as a child he had a run from home to home, never really fighting for who ever was after us.

"Actually he came to me and told me himself that Amerie is his wife and it's only right I should return her and in return he won't wipe out our existence."

"We are wolves, the vampires no longer exists and that leaves the humans. Are you telling me a human, you were scared of one human." Honestly married or not, this guy Marcus had no right to take what belongs to me and me alone.

Since we did my father an Alpha become scared. Since when were Alpha's become meek and cowardly. We are one of the greatest pack there is granted probably the only wolf pack there is none the less we should show no fear. I don't fucking care how powerful this Marcus is but he has mess with the wrong Alpha.

"He's not a human." Noah said.

"So he is a wolf then?"

"I wish I could say yes."

"A vampire."

Once again he shook his head.

"Well what the hell is he?"

"A half breed just like Amerie."

"Are you telling me this Marcus guy is a wolf and a vampire and so is Amerie?" Why is it hard for me to believe him. After all in all my years with Amerie she was more human than anything and yet the other part of me feels it could be true.

How else is she fast and able to kill with just her bare hands? Things were swirling in my mind, things that seems to unreal and yet it got my heart pumping. It would explain why Amerie doesn't look a day over 20. That would most definitely explain a lot of things.

Gazing at Noah he looked like he believed what ever this Marcus guy had told him.

Werewolf, vampire, human I don't care what they are. Hell Amerie could be a fish and I'd still love her.

But unless Amerie declares her love for someone else I won't ever let her go. She hadn't told me about such husband.

After this conversation with my father I walked passed him only for him to roughly grab my arm, "And Where the hell are you going?"

"Where do you think?" I snapped.

"No you are coming home with me."

"Not with out my mate. I can still track her scent." Her scent was now leaking everywhere and I had to be fast before her scent complete fades and mixes with the humans around.

"No, I forbid you. You are coming home with me. Liam." He gestured towards Liam.

Liam was about to grabbed my arm when I growled at him. He had pulled back. He knew that I could snapped his neck any minute. "I am your Alpha Liam and you will do no such thing."

Liam grew conflicted wanting to listen to Noah but at the same time he couldn't disobey my orders, "Sorry Alpha Noah." He apologized.

"Fine, then if you want to get pass me Samuel you have to fight me."

If that's what it takes unfortunately I didn't have time for this. He was stalling and I knew that. The longer I stay here, the harder it will be for me to find her.

Standing face to face with my father, with my alpha strength I had knocked him up to the side smirking, stupid old man.

Instantly I had shifted into Seff as he growled at the two wolves who now stood before me. I was controlling Seff and if I let him take the reigns he would most definitely tear out their throats for what they did to our mate.

However we let them be and began to follow that sweet honey scent. After all Seff's nose is thrice more better than mine.

Leaving them, in a quick haste I had followed the scent. It was getting stronger as I spotted tiny drops of blood on the floor.

Taking a whiff, Amerie, it smelt like her. As I stared at the tiny droplet of blood leading towards the outside it dissolved in the snow that the ground was now covered in.

I howled in agony, yet I didn't give up hope. I had lost her once I would not loose her again.

Following the trail of her scent it lead to the border of this town, towards the mountain of Denali.

That mountain of where I had met Amerie, where she had first found me.

Taking off I ran, only to be blocked of by my father and Liam's wolves. They growled at me and I growled back.

Get out of my way. I roared through mind link.

Son, no this is suicide, you'll only get yourself killed.

That's exactly what is going to happened to me if something happened to Amerie.

Don't be ridiculous Alpha, Alpha Noah is right. Besides you can mate someone else.

Both wolves glared at me, their eyes flickering back and forth.

I marked her. I shouted only for them to freeze.

What did you say, Samuel. You marked her? Are you a fucking stupid?

Don't you dare call me stupid. I love her and I will die for her, now either you are with me or not either way I am going to get my mate back.

Noah and Liam lowered down their guards to stand next to me. Very well son, we will go with you. He sighed in defeat.

After all he knows what would happened if your mated mate dies.

With me in the front, Noah and Liam at my back, we ran through the snow towards the one mountain we dared not ever go to again.

I just hope I'm too late but judging by the pain that I am feeling, I may just be.
