Samuel
I couldn't stop staring at her bruise lips. In all my life of seeing her not once had she had any kind of scars marred on her skin. Even when she literally bumps into walls.
She is always bumping into places and just the other day she almost fell down the stairs.
Luckily I was there there to catch her. I had to reprimand her because she was holding a hot iron while walking down the steps and tripped on the cord.
"I hit the stair banister." She confirmed.
"You have to be more careful."
"Enough about me, what are you doing coming through my upstairs sliding door. As I recall I do not have stairs leading to my balcony." She asked concerned.
"I just had to see you and besides you didn't answer your door when I knocked."
"So you had to climb the back of my house. Can't you see it is pass midnight where everyone is suppose to be in bed sleeping besides I saw you yesterday."
"I didn't see you today though." I chuckled.
"What if you got hurt?"
"I'll heal."
"But what if you break your neck?"
"It'll take a lot more than to just snap this Alpha's neck."
Leaning into me she sniffed, "And have you been drinking, you are intoxicated."
"Just a couple of drinks but no I am not drunk."
"You are lucky you didn't crash your car." She scolded.
Though I should be feeling sorry for waking her I didn't. In fact I like it when she scolds me, her brows would furrow together, her nose would scrunch up, and her cheeks would puff up. It was rather cute actually.
Walking pass her, I hopped into her bed and made myself comfortable, "Well I am sleepy so good night." I pulled the blanket over me.
"Is that it?"
"Is what it?"
"You're just going to sleep and in my bed."
"What is wrong with that?" I ask innocently.
"Seff," she sighed, "You are no longer a child, shouldn't you go back home."
"I am home." Though I live in the pack house, I never considered that my home. In fact I spend more time here then at the pack house. My father is furious that I would rather come eat dinner here then with the pack. And my sister well she complains not being around her often.
I do feel bad that is until she brings her friends around. They make me feel uncomfortably especially when they start flaunting themselves at me. Seriously no self respect especially seeing they are all two years younger than me.
I had ask Amerie to come move into the pack house with me so that I can just feel her near me but she had refused. She didn't give me a reason so I turned to my father Noah but he too refused. In fact every time I mention Amerie to him he get's annoyed. Yes I had moved on from calling her Amy to Amerie. I rather like her name, Amerie, it's unique, different in a way. And I like the feeling how her name just rolls off my tongue.
I don't know why he doesn't like her, she is a sweet old lady considering for the fact she still looks the same when I first saw her as a child.
Does she not even age? I remember one time I had asked her for her age to which she replied that she's old enough to be my grandmother.
