Samuel

The full moon is tomorrow night and I had decided to end Marcus life. He took my mate away from me and I intend to end his miserable excuse of an existence.

He doesn't deserve to live. In fact he out grown his life.

My father tried to stop me saying he has been a vampire for far too long and that this is suicide.

Hell if I care. He can either join me or stay back either way I am going.

In the end they decided to come with me.

Bringing any weapons and armory. We had about two weeks to train. Two weeks since I had buried her.

Two weeks without her and let me tell you how terrible it feels to be without your mate because this sucks.

How could she leave me this way, am I too also walk this world alone and without her.

Half of me wants to be angry at her for giving up the way she did, the other half misses her terribly.

After having my revenge against Marcus I will follow her even in death. My father can handle the pack, I on the other hand can not handle a life without her.

"Just wait for me my love." I whispered as I stood next to her grave placing white lilies along side her. I remember she had always liked white lilies that smelt like honey. That smelt like her.

I had missed her scent, her touch, it was indescribable when ever I was with her.

And now I couldn't even remember her smile. It was getting harder to remember her face.

Standing below the mountain with my pack warriors, my beta, my third command, and father we had proceeded to march up the snowy mountain.

The very mountain I had first laid my eyes on her, thinking she was a snow woman for being so white.

The memory made me smile.

In our wolf form we had trotted up the mountain. It was faster to run in our wolves.

Not yet night but the full moon is tonight and we were at it's strongest during a full moon.

Finally, the building came into a view and there he stood Marcus as we all shifted back.

He looked different then the last time I had saw him. His hair was shaggy and his eyes seems more beady and half his body was black.

But what surprise me is what stood behind him. About at least twenty wolves only these wolves were on two legs. It's like they shifted only half way.

"I was waiting for you." Marcus sneered, "Is she dead?" He chuckled.

"Marcus what the hell are those things?"

Ignoring me, "She made you a vampire?" He clicked his tongue then gawked at me in anger, "Wow, you must be powerful to know you have a wolf and is a vampire, just like her." He mocked, "But I could make you like me, a vampire with no wolf." He chuckled.

"Unlike you I am not a psychopath. Now tell me what have you done?"

"Oh these, they are my creations, do you like them? They are not vampires like me and you, neither are they hybrids, they however are much stronger than any other wolves, than an Alpha." He sang a tune.

I felt some familiarity with some of these wolves like they had once belong to my pack.

Then one had caught my eye, a wolf with a gold chain on him.

"Carl!" Liam shouted.

Of course Carl. He was Liam's younger brother but he had disappeared years ago. "These, some of them are from our pack." I growled.

"Marcus you son of a bitch." Liam shouted, anger seething out.

"So you have realized what I had done. No matter my creation will annihilate your kind and end the existence of wolves today." Smiling he turned himself around, while a red head took him by the hand.

Those wolves had snarled at us as we had taken charged.

We weren't going to let a failure of what Marcus had created best us. Now but what worried me more is my beta Liam who was now face to face with his brother Carl.

I only brought fifteen pack warrior because the rest had to stay behind to protect the pack.

Unfortunately who knew Marcus had a small army of his own.

"Son, go, we'll take care of these creatures." Don't have to tell me twice.

I ran into the building to sniff out Marcus who had gotten me by surprise as he knocked me to the side.

It was an all out battle.

Throwing punches after punches, I watch him snarl at me, running at the same time dodging.

I stopped, he was leading me somewhere and I'd be damn if I go any further. It's probably a trapped.

"How does it feel to know your mate is dead?" He mocked trying to antagonize me.

"And how does it feel to know you are dying?" He was shock that I knew. Of course I knew, I could smell it on him. His body was rotting from the inside out.

"I would never die, and you shouldn't have left her alone." He taunted while I felt another jab at my jaw.

What did he mean? "Do you honestly think she would die this easy. She is different and you, her mate had buried her in the cold hard ground." He laughed.

What the fuck? Another kicked to my shin. I was seething rage. How dare he speaks of my mate like that.

"You are a fool Alpha. And because of that she will be mine. All I need is just a taste, a little taste of her and something else she has stolen from me." He licked his lips as if recalling what it was like to taste her.

"Fuck you. You will never come an inch close to her."

"And who are you to stop me, you. You are here with me while she is down there."

Shit. This was all a distraction. His main goal was always her, it was never about what is happening now.

"Honestly you do not even have the power to beat me. I have been at here longer than you have and your wolf doesn't even know what to do with all that power."

He was right. I was fighting an inner beast of wanting to kill all my pack but at the same time I had the urge to reprimand myself for even thinking such thoughts.

Just as I was distracted he had rammed his fist into my chest. This feels familiar as I felt him hold my heart in his hand, "Do you feel that. If I remove this your wolf will be gone just like what Amerie did when she killed my wolf. You will be just like me."

Seff. I called to him who only shook in pain.

Suddenly Marcus was thrown to the side, his arm was pulled out before he got a chance to do harm to my heart. I'll be damn if I ever loose my wolf.

My vision had blurred but when I looked up there stood an angel before my eyes, "Amerie."
