I open my eyes and try to look around, but I can't see much for the blood in my eyes. I reach up and wipe my forehead and winced from the pain.
What happened?
I finally clear my eyes enough to see. The room is dark, so dark that I can barely make out my hand in front of me.
It's cold in here.
I can kind of make out a light it looks like it may be coming out from under a door. I crawl toward what I think is the door and I try to peek under the door.
I can't see anything.
I let out a loud sigh and crawl to a wall directly in front of the door. I'm unsure of how much time passed when I finally hear what sounds like footsteps. They grow louder and louder.
Someone is coming.
When the sounds stop they are right in front of the door.
Did they leave?
I didn't hear them walk away. I crawl back over to the door and looked under, but I still couldn't see anything. Then a ticking sounds almost like water than it got louder or a clock.
What is that?
I focus on the ticking and I realize what it is.
Where is that coming from?
It is a small ticking sound it a wristwatch.
I look to the corner of the room and I see...
I'm going crazy.
Is this real?
The man starts to come out toward me, I close my eyes shut tight but when I open them again he is gone like he wasn't there at all.
What is going on?
As I sit there in confusion a sound distracts me.
No, it can't be?
Footsteps.
Are they leaving?
Wait, what? Didn't this just happen?
I can't see anything.
