"The haircut and the new clothes." Yoongi muttered softly. "You were grooming him."

The apartment was silent – too quiet after an almost perfect afternoon. It had only taken five minutes for Namjoon to convince Jimin to go with him and the grey-haired stranger, leaving Jin and Yoongi alone in the apartment. Yoongi was helpless, he couldn't do anything but be forced to watch Jimin walk out the door.

"Yoongi-" Jin finally looked up, staring teary-eyed at the younger boy.

"Fuck you, Jin." Yoongi stood up from the couch, grabbing nothing but his shoes and slammed the door on his way out.

The door quickly opened behind him, "Yoongi, where are you going?" The sound of hurried scrambling and feet running up behind him. "We don't have authorization."

But Yoongi kept going and Jin continued to follow him.

Jimin rubbed his sweaty palms on his knees, chewing his bottom lip nervously. A car had been waiting for them in front of their apartment and a man – the driver - stepped out of the front seat, walked around the back and opened the door. "I promise nothing bad will happen to you," Namjoon said to him, nudging him forward. Jimin gulped, looked back at the grey-haired boy whose piercing eyes stared back, but he believed Namjoon's words and entered the vehicle.

The first thing Jimin noticed was that the back had two opposite seats, like a short limo, he slid across to sit by the window. The grey-haired boy entered second and sat on the opposite seat, directly in the middle and finally, Namjoon entered last, the door closing behind him. Jimin forced himself to look out the window, feeling the grey-haired boy's eyes staring at him.

Ten minutes went by in awkward silence. Jimin still couldn't help but be distracted by the different buildings and different faces. The buildings were getting taller, so much taller that Jimin needed to crane his neck to see the top. The roads were busier, and the majority of the people were wearing the same thing, suits or skirts in different colors but mostly grey and black.

"Where are we going?" Jimin asked quietly. They were stopped at a red light. He couldn't help but glance up at the grey-haired boy whose eyes seemed to be glued on him. Taehyung.

Someone had knocked on their apartment door, Jin opened the door and a man in a suit wearing black sunglasses stood in front of the doorway. Jin pushed the door open and a grey-haired boy walked up from behind the suited man. The suited man only spoke softly to his wrist but Jimin couldn't hear what he said. He didn't care about him, he looked like a bodyguard, and instead, Jimin was focused on the taller boy who had walked in like he owned the place. He smirked, eyes sparkling at Namjoon.

"Good afternoon, Joonie." Taehyung's nose scrunched as he looked at Jin and Yoongi. "Others."

"Taehyung," Namjoon nodded.

"I've come to pick up precious cargo." Taehyung smiled, his eyes landing at the blonde boy.

Jimin saw how Yoongi tensed up, the veins in his neck ready to pop and his knuckles turned white. He looked ready to swing and Namjoon's hand tightened on Yoongi's shoulder. "Jimin, this is Taehyung," Namjoon introduced the grey-haired boy. "He works for the same company I work for, and our boss has asked for you to meet him today."

"Why me?" Jimin stuttered, becoming anxious under Taehyung's eyes.

"Because he will help you with your powers," Jimin looked past Namjoon and at Yoongi. "He will help you control them."

Jimin thought of Yoongi's scratched arms when the bowl had exploded, shards of the broken bowl cutting tiny little cuts on his arms. He refused to imagine what else he could be capable of. He nodded silently and followed them out of the apartment. He looked back, but it was too late to have a last look at Yoongi.

Now he wondered if it was a good idea. He pried his eyes away from Taehyung and looked up at Namjoon. "Will this man really help me?"

"Yes," Namjoon shifted on the seat. "He's a doctor and he is specialized in this field."

"So, this is common?" Jimin asked, holding out his hand. "This?"

"No," Namjoon shook his head, a small grin appeared in the corners of his lip. "It's pretty rare, you are quite special."

Special? Jimin didn't like that word.

They must have been driving for nearly an hour when the vehicle finally stopped in front of a large skyscraper. Namjoon waited for the driver to open the door before stepping out and Jimin followed him. The first thing Jimin saw was the large statue of a bird, a strange looking bird with a long tail. The street was loud and crowded, and before he started feeling overwhelmed – the strange sounds of traffic and people - Namjoon pulled him along. Three more suited men surrounded them and lead them toward the front entrance.

Jimin wished that Yoongi came with him, remembering how it felt natural holding his hand.

The inside of the building was extraordinary, the center of the lobby had a water fountain with the same strange looking bird perched on top. Metal detectors fenced in front of the main entrance and insanely muscled security guards were everywhere. They passed through the metal detectors, it went off, but they kept walking. Jimin felt like everyone was looking at them, which they probably were. They were led to the elevators, the one leading the group pressed the button and the doors immediately opened. Everyone entered the elevator and Jimin saw the head security take out a card key and pressed it on the screen, it activated the elevator and it started moving.

Elevator music the only sound as they waited for the elevator to reach its destination.

The doors opened to a large open room. A large window filled the room with light and Jimin was distracted by the large painting of the bird, engulfed by flames, to see the man standing by a desk. The security guards left, Jimin looked up at Namjoon but he was looking ahead. It was then he saw the man.

A man in a grey suit with black hair groomed back and brown eyes. He smiled, showing off pearly white teeth. "Welcome, Jimin." He greeted him softly. "My name is Felix and I am the head doctor in this facility."

Jimin wasn't sure how to feel about this stranger. Taehyung had an immediate threatening instinctive feeling about him but for the man in front of him, Jimin wasn't sure yet. His smile warm, almost welcoming. "Why am I here?" Jimin fidgeted nervously, unaware that his body moved instinctively behind Namjoon, as if for safety.

Felix smiled again at the young blonde who looked tiny between the tallboys beside him. "You are here because you have extraordinary powers and I helped you become what you are."
