The sudden stop of the bus jerked Jungkook awake. He grabbed onto the handle, stopping his body from slamming against the seat in front of him. The boy beside him hadn't been so quick. With a painful groan, he rubbed his forehead, and Jungkook saw why the bus stopped short. "What the hell?" Hoseok said slowly.

Jungkook could see two figures in the distance. They were stopped in the middle of the street, people were getting out of their vehicles and running. Jungkook grew confused and worried. The bus was silent as everybody watched the two men, one of them had glowing hands. The other towered over the other one by what looked Jungkook could only guess as six or seven inches.

Hoseok heard it faintly but he knew he was not wrong. "Chill - then - come away - and I hope - follow me down-" He felt silly even under the circumstance to think that the radio was talking to him but the way a chill went down his spine had him itching to hear more.

Jungkook gasped when the taller man gripped the bottom of a car and threw it as if it weighed nothing. The people on the bus panicked, yelling and shouting at the bus driver. Jungkook could see the bus was trapped and there was no way it could back up or out of its spot. From the outside, people were running away and shouting and screaming muffled against the window. Without a second thought, he grabbed Hoseok's hand and he pulled him to the front. Everyone had the same idea and Jungkook and Hoseok had to shove their way out of the bus.

Once out of the bus, he couldn't help but watch. It was physically impossible to pick up a car. He felt dumb and unable to move.

"Come on!" Hoseok practically yanked him the other direction and Jungkook had to catch himself from falling. There were some people who were standing around, watching. Just standing there. He felt like a deer in the headlights, stupidly unsure of what to do next. Jungkook wanted to scream for them to run. The sudden feeling coming instinctual with his hairs standing up as if his body was on high alert and his legs moved on their own.

A crash and screaming - he wanted to look back but Hoseok was too fast. He stumbled on his feet to catch up.

The crowd screamed and dove for the ground. A car fell on top another and Hoseok tackled him to the ground. Jungkook covered his head with Hoseok's arms wrapped around him. Hoseok used his body to shield Jungkook from the debris, he grunted when something hit him, but Hoseok was already standing up. "Get up before they crush us!"

They jumped to their feet, stumbling and holding each other's hands. They stopped, trapped by the circle of cars in front of them. He grabbed him and boosted him up on top of the hood. He reached for his hand and Hoseok grabbed on. Hoseok paused, hearing a radio in the distance. The sound of panic and screaming drowned out. He could hear it. The channels switching, faint words that he couldn't make up. He heard Jungkook's name... a man's voice.

"Jungkook," it said, a low deep voice. They were coming.

"Come on!" Hoseok grabbed Jungkook's arm, pulling him down to the ground. Something flew by, nearly getting them both and Jungkook snapped out of it. He looked back; the two men closer than before.

Jungkook grabbed the boy's hand, pulling him toward an alley - a dead end. "Oh no, oh no!"

"Hurry before--" Hoseok pulled him but they stopped short. The two men blocked their only way out. The one who picked up the car had veins pulsing visibly as he flexed his muscles, breathing heavily and standing in a primal stance. Jungkook couldn't help but picture a standing gorilla - the thought didn't amuse him, it only terrified him. The other who closely resembled the muscle man, however, was slender and tall, stood beside calmly with a complacent look. They could be brothers and they probably were.

Behind them, Jungkook saw that some bystanders were watching. One of them was on the phone, hopefully calling the police and another person was filming. Frightened, Jungkook gripped onto Hoseok's hand, looking at him when he realized this might be the end.

"If we're going to die," Jungkook said, out of breath. He was cramping painfully on the side on his stomach and his feet were sore. Hoseok glanced at him, not daring to look away from the men too long. He didn't look as scared as he was. He was struggling to catch his breath and a coat of sweat covered his brow, but he looked ready to put up a fight. He's insane, Jungkook thought. "I want to you know that I don't hate you; I could never hate you. I was just being stupid and selfish."

Hoseok swallowed hard, struggling to catch his breath and pulled him behind him. "We're not dying today."

The muscle man rolled up his sleeves, a violent look in his eyes. Jungkook panicked and gripped on the boy's arms. "Are you insane?" He exclaimed. "He's gigantic. You can't take him!"

"I don't think I've ever made a rational decision in my life," Hoseok said, stepping away from Jungkook. "I'm not starting now."

He stepped forward and held his hands up. Jungkook wanted to run when he saw Hoseok's eyes turn electric blue.  "Hobi, please."

"Aw, Kookie." The slender man teased, with a smug smile. Jungkook looked at him with a startled expression. Who the hell was he? "You should join us. Leave this loser behind."

"He's not going anywhere, Beck," Hoseok growled beside him.

"Ah, so the traitor remembers. That must be some kind of record, now how long did that take you?" The slender man – Beck – smiled a Cheshire-cat smile.

"Not long," Hoseok muttered. "Who else is here?"

"A few of us live in District Heights. I'm sure they'll be happy to see you or not. But they'll be ecstatic to know that I captured you." Beck sighed, bored with the conversation. He looked down at his wrist and some sort of electric device was wrapped around it. "We have a special way to deal with traitors."

The street behind Beck and the other man was empty and quiet. There was no sound of people or cars anymore. It was almost eerie. The man grunted, muttering something that only Beck could hear. It was the first time Beck showed any other emotion than arrogance, Jungkook almost thought his face permanently looked like that. Hoseok tensed beside him, tearing his gaze away to look up. There was nothing there as Jungkook followed his gaze, but they did hear it.

"Berserkers," Beck said, a tone in his voice that sent shivers down Jungkook's back.

Beck and the other man immediately turned on their heels and ran. Now that they were gone, Jungkook didn't think they were so terrifying anymore. Jungkook wasn't sure what to do, he looked at Hoseok for answers. A petrifying roar came from somewhere near and he felt it in his bones.

"Hoseok, what the hell is going on?" Jungkook said, eyes wide with fear. "We have to go back."

Hoseok swallowed, looking into his eyes. They returned to his natural eye color and they looked so sad. Almost forgetting their situation, Jungkook wanted to know why they looked sad. "I know." He whispered. "Jin and Yoongi are in danger. We all are."
