Aizawa POV
Any moment (F/n) had she was reading, when she woke up this morning, during breakfast, even while we were walking to school. I had to tie my scarf around her wrist since her eyes were so fixated on the book.
In one hand she had her book and in the other a dictionary.
"Aizawa," I turned my head to (F/n), "We're at school, you can let go of me now." (F/n) said.
"So you were aware of your surroundings this whole time?" I asked her.
"Yeah. I didn't say anything because I've been reading books about human psychology and apparently men want to feel like their needed so I was just testing it out." She flipped the page and kept reading.
"I think I preferred you when you were dumb." I commented.
"Yeah, whatever you say." She said in response. "Okay, bye, I'll see you in class."
Your POV
Class was boring as usual but I listened attentively anyway, I actually wanted to pass the final exam. If I become a hero just think of what my dad will think and maybe my mom will want me.
I found my lost in thought and drifting away from the lesson and thinking for about my mother. What's she's like? How she looks?
During lunch and Remedial Heroism 101, I went back to reading and taking notes. My head was getting tired of retaining information such as rules for punctuation, how to step up a proper sentence, how words are pronounced and exceptions to the rules of pronunciation because English is stupid. What's the purpose of spelling words differently than they are pronounced like colonel and island?
"You're still reading?" Shoto asked. He slung his backpack around his shoulders. "Yep," I answered, grabbing my backpack while continuing to read.
"You have to watch where you going." Shoto stated.
"I'm fine." I assured him.
He rolled his eyes in response, he reached for my hand and I slapped it away by using my book. "Let me help you so you don't fall on your ass." He reached for my hand once again and intertwined our hands. We began walking to the front of the school.
"Hey, Shoto. Why is your face all red? You look stupid." I asked him.
He looked shocked, "How could you tell?"
"I told I didn't need your help, you insisted. Now, idiot, can you answer my question." I said before flipping the page.
"My face isn't red."
"Yeah, whatever you say." I responded sarcastically. We walked the rest of the way together, Shoto never once let go of my hand, which bothered me at first but didn't mind it after a while. I got my keys out my bag and opened the front door. We took off our shoes before walking further in.
"Granny, Old Man I'm home!" I called out. I heard someone come out from their room. It was Granny, she made her way down the stairs to us.
"You must be Shoto. I'm so happy to finally meet you. (F/n) was talking about you the other day, you seem like such a sweet boy. You're so handsome as well, just look at you." Granny said in excitement. Shoto facial expression didn't change after any of her compliments and be just thanked her. "You can just call me Mrs. Himari (her first name) or Granny, which ever floats your boat."
