"Urara...I...I...I love you!" said Jonny. "Will you please go out with me?"

"Ohh...umm, geez this is so sudden. I..." Urara hesitated. After having countless boys confess to her at Totsuki, she still wasn't used to rejecting them. Being loved by everyone was an idol's dream, after all. She didn't want to lose a fan's support over a silly thing like unrequited love.

Most of them are so gross! Why can't they realize that they'll never be good enough for me! If I'm going to date someone, it needs to be someone worthy of my flawless beauty. Someone like...

Her thoughts were interrupted by the appearance of Torrey, the new transfer student, walking towards the cafeteria. Lunch had started a while ago, and most of the students were already inside.

Someone like him! A devious plan quickly came together in her head.

"Jonny, I'm sorry. But I'm already seeing someone."

"Aww man. I thought for sure you were single. I even followed you to all of your classes the other day to..."

"You did what?!" said Urara, shaking her head. "Nevermind. Anyways, I can't go out with you. Since I already have a boyfriend."

"Can you at least tell me who it is? I won't cause any trouble...I just need to know."

"It's him," said Urara, pointing at Torrey.

"The new guy? Figures..."

"Tormund, my love! Wait for me! You promised to buy me lunch, remember?" said Urara loudly. Torrey was looking at her with confusion, but before he could protest, she covered the distance between them and grabbed him by the arm.

"Just go with it, I'll explain later," she whispered, guiding him towards the cafeteria. Looking back at Jonny, she gave a friendly wave.

"Rejected again! Why does this keep happening to me," said Jonny, pounding the ground with his fist.

"Maybe because you keep picking girls who are waaay out of your league," his friend said, appearing from behind a nearby statue. He'd also been headed to lunch, but when he saw Jonny speaking with Urara, he quickly hid himself. Having already been informed of Jonny's plans, the current situation was no surprise to him.

"I know, I know. But am I really that undesirable?" asked Jonny. Covered with dirt and tears, having slumped to the ground after his rejection, Jonny looked like a hot mess.

"I'm not going to answer that. C'mon, I'll buy you lunch."

"I don't know...this seems kinda messed up," Torrey said. Sitting at a table with Urara, the two of them were eating ramen bowls. At least she didn't make me pay...

"C'mon, just for a little while. I've had so many guys bothering me, it's actually been hard to focus on school lately. And not to mention idol practice! They all just line up at the door and watch...it's kinda creepy."

"I guess that would get annoying. Wait, you actually practice being an idol?" Torrey had seen plenty of idol anime's, but he was sure that this was strictly a cooking school.

"Of course I practice! It's hard work, you know. I have to keep my fan's happy. Without their support, I'm nothing."

"That can't be true," said Torrey, trying hard to think of something else to complement her on. Truthfully, he knew nothing about Urara. "Uhh..."
