What You Never Knew......She's Insane

Ch. 5- Drunk

*Marinette's POV*

I woke up on my bedroom floor, faint light shining through my window as a sign of either night or day is coming. I tired to get up but failed miserably when my body screamed out in pain. My back was the worst, I could feel with just the slightest movement, the dried blood inbetween the whip marks holding my raw and ripped skin together. I slowly managed to sit up, feeling the dried blood on my back crack and let loose the tiny bit of skin that it was holding. My shirt was covered in blood, stiff like I just sprayed an entire bottle of hairspray on it.

Grimancing, I slowly got up using the wall as support to help my broken body stand. I stood hunched over and walked extremely slow to my desk chair and sat down on it making sure I stay forward. I let out a sigh and checked the time on my computer......

"Fuck" I groaned

The time on my computer read 6:34.......A. fucking M. I was unconsious for the whole night and I'm expected to show up at school!?!

"Mari?" a tiny voice said

"Hmm?"

"Oh thank god you're awake!!" Tikki exclaimed happily

"Thanks" I deadpanned not really wanting to be awake...or alive but that just seems to never happen now does it?

"What am I going to do Tikki? School starts in about an hour and a half"

"Can't you just skip? You're on your period so just say you have cramps."

"I only cramp for one day. Me and Alya have literally the EXACT same cycle. We cramp the first day really bad and then the next day it isn't as bad so we can handle it."

"Oh"

I noticed that my vodka bottle was still half way full on my desk. Before Tikki could stop me I grabbed the bottle and chugged it hoping for the alcohol to take quick affect and numb some of the pain that was coursing through my body but I'm NOT a lightweight so rolled my chair over to my stash of alcohol and started chugging. There was just one problem...I forgot I had school.

*Tikki's POV*

I watched in horror and worry for Mari who was chugging her 5th bottle. Her life is so messed up and I'm surprised that she has come this far.

"Mari stop!!! You are drinking way too much!!" I said to her.

She looked at me weird and then frowned. She put down the empty bottle and tried to stand but she couldn't. She's drunk......

I quickly flew off Mari's desk and transformed into a human form and helped Mari stand. I walked her to her bathroom and got a bath ready for her. I got her undressed and helped her in the bath. This isn't my first time doing this as you might've guessed.

Mari knows that I can transform into a human but she shouldn't.

After I washed Mari off, being very careful about her whip marks, I helped her get out off the bath and get dressed in pjs because I'm not letting her go to school like that. I slightly healed her whip marks before I put her shirt on for her and walked her back up to her bed to sleep.
