Ch. 30- Abused

*Kim's POV*

I watched as Mari started to walk away from me but stumbled a lot like she was spinning. I ran by her side and steadied her,

"Hey are you okay? Mari? Mari?!" I yelled panicked as her eyes rolled back into her head as she passed out cold

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw her face. Someone fucked her up and that made me so angry. Who the hell would do that?

I caught Mari in my arms and placed her on the ground as I fumbled for my phone. I got my phone out of my pocket and called an ambulance. After I hung up I picked Mari up carefully and ran outside with her, kicking every door open. She was so fucking light that it was obvious that she had been starved, that made me even more angry. Then I realized that she wasn't really chugging her water all day, she was chugging fucking alcohol all day and no one noticed........not even her best friends.

I heard sirens and soon the ambulance came and took Mari, then I saw Mrs.Agreste.

"What the hell? Mari? What happened?" she asked frantically

I explained how I saw Mari in the hallway to her face being bruised. I also told her how she had been chugging alcohol instead of what we thought was water all day.

"Holy shit, she got abused again" Mrs.A said

Wait- again?!

"What do you mean again?" I asked

"I knew that she was being abused since yesterday and I tried to get to her but couldn't. She was chugging the alcohol all day because she wanted to numb her physical pain. Please don't tell anyone." Mrs.A said and left in the ambulance as they took Mari

I was shocked, silently crying.....she had been in pain all day yet hid it from Alya....ALYA!! She had also been abused yet still came to school and we never noticed......I feel horrible.

Is that why she broke up with Adrien?

I walked back into the school and found the cafe. I was so lost in thought that I didn't realize that I was still crying. I sat down at the table and put my head down as everyone stared at me in shock and confusion. They all tried to talk to me but I just pushed them away.

*Emily's POV*

I sat in the ambulance with Mari in shock and relief. I was shocked that she was THIS bad but I was relieved that I finally had her.

When we go to the hospital we got her into a room to get treated and I was in there the enire time to watch over her and see how bad she was. When the doctors cut off her clothes and wraps, we all gasped.

"Oh my god" we all said

She was horrible. Her stomach was sunken in so much that we could see exactly where her ribs broke, her legs and hips had gotten smaller, she had brusies everywhere on her body, the stitching from her stomach that I did was all ripped open, she had fucking whip marks that lined her entire back, and more and more cuts and bruises.

We all snapped out of it. The doctors got her cleaned and stitched while I called the team to arrest Marinette's father.........
