I couldn't get seeing Zoey at the OB/GYN office out of my mind. So I went to the gym Caleb and I both were members at to tell him about it.

I mean I know he'd tell me if he thought something was off about my girl so I owed him the same in return.

When I got to the gym I saw him over by the weights.

"Hey man," I said as I approached him.

"Hey Bro. What are you doing here?" he asked.

"Just stopped by because I know you usually work out at this time. I needed to talk to you," I said.

"Alright... about what?" he asked.

"It's about Zoey," I said.

"What about her?" Caleb asked.

"Well Jas and I were at the OB/GYN for her appointment and I saw Zoey there. She was with some girl and claimed the girl had the appointment but I just didn't buy it. I feel like she was there for herself," I explained.

"Ok... and?" Caleb questioned not seeming interested.

"I just wondered if she could have been pregnant and trying to get an abortion or something. I mean Jasmine almost didn't tell me when she was pregnant the first time. I just think if Zoey is pregnant you deserve to know," I said.

"Thanks for looking out man but my girl is fine. Besides I'm careful and she's on birth control. We're not having a baby right now," Caleb said.

"What do you mean right now? Have you changed your mind about having kids?" I asked.

"Man can I be real with you?" Caleb asked.

"Always," I said.

"We've been through some real shit... I mean shit you don't go through in the first few months of dating a person. I've fucked up so many times already and each time she's forgiven me. She gives me the benefit of the doubt and has stuck by me. Many girls would have ran by now but Zoey hasn't. She's not pregnant but if she were I know she'd tell me because she tells me everything. She's such a good girl. She's real honest. A real ride or die bro. I haven't always done right by her but I'm changing and she's patient with me. I love her...." Caleb said.

"Wow I've never heard you talk like this about any girl. You really do care for her," I said.

"I do and I think I'm starting to see where you're coming from when it comes to Jasmine. I mean I've never been in love before so this is freaky. But it's a good feeling," Caleb said.

"It is a good feeling. I'm happy for you man," I said.

"Thanks... and thanks for looking out for me," Caleb said.

"No problem man. Always," I said.

"So on another note how is Jasmine and the baby?" Caleb asked.

"They're good. I'm really hoping for a girl," I said.

"I know. I hope you finally get what you want," Caleb said.

"I do too but if I don't that just means I can try again with Jas," I said with a smirk.

"You sure love getting your girl pregnant," Caleb laughed.

I just laughed right along with him.

He wasn't lying I do like getting Jas pregnant.

But if I was being honest I felt like she and I were getting less and less time to spend alone together since she started her own business.

As much as I like that she's been successful I want us to have time together as a married couple.
