"Where the heck is Clio Lorelei when you need her?!" Jane exclaimed.

May long test kasi sila ngayon sa History and Clio won't be around for three days because she has to handle their company, Castille Architecture. She will be taking special exams when she gets back.

"Gosh, why do I have to study?" Lyian huffed.

"Because you're stupid." Yvo casually replied which earned a glare.

Their attention then drifted to Alli, who looks high on Ecstasy, and it's creeping them out. Ilang araw na rin nitong ganon.

Bago pa man umalis si Clio ay naghanda sila sa hideout and Allison prepared food enough for a platoon!

"Are you freakin high, Allison Knight?" tanong ni Lyian.

"Secret." sagot ni Alli at umuna na sa cafeteria.

The five followed suit. Napailing na lang sila kay Alli, it's not like hindi pa nila nakikitang nagkaganito ito dati.

Ngayon si Jane na lang ang nakapila sa buffet table ng cafeteria. She's too picky with her food and she knows that. Tulad ngayon. Wala syang magustuhan sa lahat ng nakaserve, and it's pissing her off.

"Wh—"

"Hey." bati nung pumutol sa sasabihin nya.

Shit. She could have smiled at him but she couldn't find herself being able to smile.

"Ang konti naman nyang kinuha mo."

It's true. Sa lahat ng nadaanan nya ay isang bowl lang ng cocktail fruit ang nakuha nya. She doesn't really like Mexican Cuisine.

The next thing she knew ay kung ano ano na ang nilalagay ni Van sa tray nya. Taco, burrito, pico de gallo. The hell, she doesn't eat these things. The amount of carbs almost gave her a heart attack. But she could only smile at Van and utter a small "Thanks" to Van.

"Yan para mabusog ka para may energy ka sa Training."

He watched her last match?

That thought made her blush almost as red as her blood red hair.

Nagulat na lang sya nang kinapa ni Van ang noo nya. She froze at the contact. Her heart thumped so fast.

"Wala ka namang lagnat. Bakit ka na namumula?" Van looked genuinely puzzled. Tama nga ang nababasa nya sa mga articles, he's really caring. "Gusto mo bang samahan kita sa Clinic?"

Well, he wasn't really asking, he was already dragging her out. Mas lalong bumilis ang pintig ng puso nya.

"I-I'm fine." Jane assured Van. Though feeling nya ay yung heart rate nya ang kailangan icheck up hindi yung temperature nya.

"Sigurado ka?" tanong ni Van. "I could take you to the clinic if you want."

She's aware na pinagtitinginan sila ng mga nasa cafeteria but she's more focused on Van's warm hand on hers.

"No, I'm fine really." pag-uulit nya tsaka ngumiti.

"Ganun ba? Hatid na kita sa table nyo." Van smiled back at her then carried her tray on one hand and held her hand on the other. Nagpatianod si Jane hanggang sa marating nila yung table nila.

Nanlaki ang mata ng mga mata nila Alli, Lyian, at Yvo. Napasipol si Xign at Nano. They exchanged nods at Van when they arrived.

"See you later." sabi ni Van kay Jane at nilapag ang tray nya tsaka bumalik dun sa table ng Chaos. She even heard cheers and teases from the members.
