"Wait up, Lawson!" sabi ni Alli. They were all invited at Casa de Montevilla for Jane's seventh birthday party.

Sabay na dumating sila Clio at Lawson. They haven't heard anything yet from Hunter since the New Year's Eve Gala at ngayon ay July na.

These past few months ay palagi nang nagkikita ang siyam. Nagsimula iyon noong imbitahan sila sa birthday ni Ales, then Lawson's, then Clio's. Hanggang sa magbirthday rin sila Lyian at Yvo ay nagkasamasama sila.

Each of them had themes for their birthdays. Ales' was Cloud Nine, fitting for their angel. Lawson's was pirates. Clio's was winter wonderland. Lyian's was fairytale. And Yvo's was summer on the beach.

And now is Jane's.

British tea party ang gusto nito at sa greenhouse ito gaganapin. Maraming table ang nakahanda dito. The guests are required to wear pastel clothing and English hats.

At the end of the greenhouse ay may nakalagay na platform at sa taas noon ay may throne. Napapaligiran rin ito ng mga regalo.

Jane rose nang makita ang walo. Nagtatatakbo sya sa red carpet para salubungin ang mga ito. She was bored a while ago. Sure, she was surrounded by gifts and other children, but the joy of seeing her friends again will never be surpassed.

"Happy Birthday!" they all beamed at the celebrant. Lyian smiled brightly even went she lost a front tooth.

Nakasuot si Jane ng gown design like it was from the Elizabethan era of England. Complete with jewels, gloves, and a tiara. May hawak rin itong scepter sa kamay nito.

They were immediately situated at the table set for them. Ito ang pinakamaharbong table sa party. All of their teacups are made with fine china and lined with gold. The macarons are also dusted with gold dust.

It was always like that. Fun. Innocent. Pure. They had whatever they wanted at the snap of a finger.

They'd have sleepovers, parties, and adventures. Some of which are dangerous. Yet they don't regret it. There were times they get scolded, but that doesn't mean they won't do it again.

All their usual plans were changed when they all met. Lyian and Yvo who is always in Barcelona, Spain during summer would now spend it with them at Gray Estate, minsan sa Del Prado Mansion, Casa de Montevilla or the other's residence. Ganon rin sila Clio at Lawson na halos tumira na sa Paris at Monte Carlo noon.

They experienced many firsts with each other. First time climbing a tree. First time seeing a meteor shower. First time learning to swim. Everything.

Ngayon ay may palaro sila sa maze. It's like an Easter Egg Hunt pero brooches ang hahanapin nila. Each brooch ay iba't iba ang design but each has "Jane Audrey" and "July 25" carved on it. Ito ang magsisilbing isa sa mga giveaway ng birthday ni Jane. That's why hundreds of brooches scattered on the maze.

Syempre kasama sila lahat sa maglalaro. Even Jane joined. They have an hour to search for it. Once na marinig na nila ang bell ay titigil na ang hunt and the guards will lead them out of the maze.

"Let the hunt begin!"

Napasimangot pa si Clio nang marinig ang hunt. Naalala nya kasi si Hunter. She vowed to kick his leg the next time she sees him and she will ask Lawson to punch him on the face.

Agad na tumakbo sa loob ng maze ang mga bata nang marinig nila ang whistle. Kanya kanya ang mga bata sa pagtakbo. Some got brooches pagkapasok na pagkapasok pa lang nila while others moved further. Each on of them holds a basket to put the brooches in.

Magkakasama ang siyam sa paghahanap pero kalaunan ay nagkahiwahiwalay rin ang mga ito.

Lyian was having the time of her life. Marami-rami na rin syang nakuha. She eyed a diamond studded brooch at the fountain. The sunlight sparkled on it so did her eyes.

"Sparkly...."

Agad syang tumakbo patungo dito pero hindi lang pala sya ang nag-aasam na makuha ito. Hindi nya napansin na may tumatakbo ring bata mula sa isang passage kaya nagkabanggaan sila at napaupo sa pathway.

"Ouchie!"
"Ouch!"

Nagsiliparan ang mga brooch na nakolekta nila pati na rin ang basket.

Hinimas himas nila ang kanya-kanyang ulo then looked up to see who it is.

Lyian immediately glared at the kid. But she found him staring at her face. Straight to her dazzling baby blue orbs like he's being hypnotized.

The boy was wearing a pastel blue attire with cream colored pants. His hair looks soft and was in the shade of brown, so do his eyes.

Nang hindi ito nagsalita ay tumayo na si Lyian para ibalik sa basket ang mga nakuha nya at kinuha sa fountain iyong diamond brooch. She glared and stuck her tongue out and ran to another passage without looking back.

Naiwan naman ang bata sa ground.

"Hey, Jaze what are you doing there?"

Lumingon ito sa nagsalita.

Lawson was standing there, confused why Jaze was sitting on the ground with his basket and brooches scattered. Sinulyapan nya ulit ang kung saan tumakbo ang batang babaeng nakabangga nya pero wala na itong bakas doon.

Lawson hoisted him up and helped putting back the brooches to his basket.

"Thanks."

Jaze was Lawson's friend from his hometown, the North. Lumipat si ang mga Dawson dahil mas maganda ang education system sa Griffith Academy. Minsan na lang tuloy magkita ang dalawa kapag bumabalik ito.

"I didn't know you were coming." sabi ni Lawson.

"Mom wanted to transfer here someday so we can go to the same school with Hunter." sagot nito.

"I don't know about Hunter though. Rinrin has been looking for him for months. Lyian and the others didn't get the chance to meet him."

"Who?" takang tanong ni Jaze.

"My friends. Come I'll introduce you to them. They're very nice." Lawson beamed.

Pero bago pa man makilala ni Jaze ang mga ito ay tinawag na sya ng Mommy nya para umuwi.

When the bell rang nagsilabas na ang mga bata sa maze. And as expected, si Jane ang may pinakamaraming nakuha.

Why wouldn't she? Bago pa man magsimula ang party ay hiningi na nya sa Daddy nya ang mapa ng maze. And because she's Daddy's little princess and it's her birthday, ibinigay nya ito.

Yvo and Nano didn't really pay attention to the hunt. Nagkwentuhan lang ang dalawa habang naglilibot sa maze. Kung ano lang ang madaanan nila ay yun lang ang kinukuha nila. Nano would often put some on Yvo's basket.

Alli and Clio were together. Nagpaparamihan pa ang dalawa at nag-uunahan kapag may nakikita sila. They would compete with each other but they held a ribbon of each other's dresses para di sila maglahiwalay sa maze.

When Xign and Ales came out ay nakahawak si Ales sa sleeve ng damit ni Xign. Si Xign na rin ang nagbuhat ng basket nila pareho. But there was a flower tucked on Ales' ear when they both came out. Xign gave every girl in the party a flower too. Sabrina Alfonso-Skull watched proudly.

They all went home with a smile on their faces. Hoping for the next time they'd meet.
