"What? Why?" Clio asked while trying to move closer.

Lawson bit Clio's headpiece which was a silver pin shaped like a leaf. It's leaf blades are jagged. That might be able to cut through the rope although it might take time.

They also got Lyian's tiara and Jane's headpiece too. Pati ang nasa damit ni Alli, Ales at Yvo ay kinuha na rin nila.

Nang makalas nila Xign ang mga tali sa kamay at paa nila ay sinubukan na nilang alisin ang kayla Yvo.

They were already free from the confines of the ropes. Ngunit  nang may pumasok ay agad silang naalerto, the man was big and scary. They are trembling but they have to act brave.

Fake courage is better than cowardice.

Jane was walking towards her dad's office when someone covered her eyes. Napangiti sya at napatigil sa paglakad. But when turned around her smiled immediately vanished.

"Wow, you look disappointed," Xign's forehead creased.

"Who wouldn't be?"

Bwiset! Tong mukha ng malanding to ang bubungad sakin sa umaga!

"Tsk, ako kaya ang pinakagwapo sa GA!"

"In what universe?"

"Grabe?! Is it the time of the month for you ba?"

"Tss. Get lost, Bungong Malandi," she said as she continued walking.

"Free tonight for me, 'kay?" narinig nyang pahabol nito.

Akmang bubuksan na nya ang pinto ng office ng Daddy nya nang may naunang nagbukas nito mula sa loob. Nakakunot ang noo nito pagbukas ng pinto at tila nagulat pa ito pero mabilis rin nitong binawi.

"Uncle!" she beamed.

Uncle Alex ruffled her hair.

"Your Dad's waiting for you. I'll see you around, Princess,"

Nagmadali ito sa paglalakad.

"Uncle..."

Tumigil ito at humarap ito sa kanya with the same kind expression.

"What did you and Daddy talk about?"

"Just work, nothing important. You'll understand when you take over."

Wrong. She knows he's lying.

"Okay, then," she smiled, "I'll see you around, Uncle!" paalam nya dito tsaka pumasok na sa opisina.

Hindi na nya nakita ang pagkuyom ng kamao nito bago maglakad paalis.

Nasa dulo sila ng library ngayon. Sa mga collection ng old novels to be exact.

Nakaupo si James sa carpeted floor ng library at may hawak ng libro. It's a different book from last week.

How the frack does he find time to read?! I can't even play with Aria for a minute for the sake of reviewing! I barely even sleep!
