-Ainslee's POV-

Oh. My. Goodness.

I'm looking around the 'guest' room. Total understatement. This isn't a guest room. It's an apartment! I hit Jason in his left arm. "You never told me you were rich!" I yelled in a whisper. "You should've guessed, love bunny. The house is quite large on the outside. Or maybe you're just used to that." He teased. I looked at him and shook my head slowly.

"Patricia, can you believe Jason? He didn't tell me nearly enough about your beautiful family and home." I said, in an old 50s voice. The type the rich women in the movies spoke with. "Jason. That just won't do. Ainslee here is apart of the family now. I'll tell her what you didn't." His mom said. "Oh, same here." His younger sister added. He and his brother rolled their eyes.

We were in the living room looking at their old family photos. The quads were in the family room nearby with the boys. "There really isn't much to tell about Jason. He's pretty boring, if you ask me." Ivy said, shaking her head. I laughed, "Well, of course you think that. He's your brother." I told her and she huffed. "I honestly don't know what you see in him. He's annoying, stubborn, lazy, cocky-" "Sweet, funny, witty, romantic, kind, caring, aware, gentle... Want me to go on?" I asked and she shook her head.

"So, what's it like having a twin?" I asked Ivy and her mother laughed. "I don't know what it's like for her, but, and as a mother you can probably understand this. I mean, you have four! They're just a handful. There's always something one is doing to annoy the other. But they can't be apart for too long. 'Where's Ian? I'm just curious, he's supposed to do chores today and I'm not doing them!'" Patricia laughed after she said that and so did I.

I could tell Ivy was trying not to since she was just made fun of. But she couldn't help it and started to laugh anyway. "Ainslee can I-" Jason ran into the room, but stopped and looked at us. "What's so funny?" He asked. I shook my head, still laughing gently. "Don't worry about it. What were you saying?" I asked him and he sighed. "Can I talk to you, in private?" he asked and I nodded.

"Excuse me." I said to the girls and went up to the room we were staying in, trailing behind Jason the whole time. I walked into the room and closed the door behind me.

"So, what is it?" I asked him. He looked at me and then sighed. "About dinner tonight-" "I can't wait! I'm making my crowd-pleasing chicken, mac and cheese and vanilla sponge cake." I exclaimed, putting my hands together pleasantly. He came up to me and took my hands in his, "Lee, honey... You can't cook." I took my hands out of his and stepped back.

What? What does he mean I can't cook. "What do you mean I can't cook?! My cooking's amazing!" I told him, totally offended. "That's not what I meant. I mean-. Ugh. Just come here." He pulled me towards a mirror and turned me sideways. I looked at my reflection in the mirror. "I look smaller then last time." I said and Jason laughed.

"You're beautiful. Carrying our twins. It's really a gift." He took my hands in his and looked me in the eyes, "For yours and the twins' sakes, I don't think you should stand up for so long while cooking." I smiled and laughed. "I know my body, Jason. If I get tired, I'll grab a stool or chair. Don't worry about it. Okay?" He nodded, "Okay." And gave me a kiss.

Finally. We've finally finished setting the table and it looks delicious. I made macaroni, grilled chicken and sponge cake. Patricia made ceasar salad and Ivy made her orginal lemonade recipe. It's actually really good. "Dinner's ready!" Ivy called out. Jason, Ian and their dad came in with the kids. I sat Corri down on my lap, Jason had Prim, and his parents had Kyle and Austin.

"Sorry, we would've gotten high chairs, but we figured since you're not staying too long it would be a waste after you left." Ivy said and I smiled. "It's cool. So, would you like me to say grace?" I asked. "It's alright, Ainslee. You've done a lot. Allow me." Patricia said. She prayed and then we all dug in.
