Jema's POV
Nagmadali na akong pumunta sa first class ko kasi ang pangit naman kung first day malalate ako and so tumakbo na ako. When I entered the room and quiet ng atmosphere hindi pa kasi magkakakilala mga studyante. So I searched the room for an empty seat and ayon nakita ko isang babae....
Isang babae na nakatulala sakin?! Sinabi ko sa isip ko. I found an empty seat beside the girl who was weirdly staring at me.
I stood infront of her and asked "Hi. Is this seat taken?
She responded "Uhh... N-no"
"Can I sit here? Or ayaw mo ko katabi? Hahaha" I joked and nahahalata kong kinakabahan siya. Why? Nakakatakot ba ko?
"No... no, its fine you can sit here" she said so umupo ako and I can see na she's staring at the board na parang labas pasok sa tenga niya sinasabi ni Prof and hindi nagsusat ng notes.
"Why aren't you taking down notes? Pag lumabas yan sa quiz. Patay ka!" Tinakot ko siya and nagulat siya. Ang ganda niya pero ang weird niya.
"Uhh... I uhmmm... I" sabi niya na nauutal. I'm waiting for her answer pero walang nalabas sa bibig niya.
"What's your problem? Are you sick?" Tanong ko. Baka naman may problema to.
"W-wala i-its j-just t-that--" hindi niya natapos sinabi niya kasi nagdismiss na si Prof at nagmadali siyang tumayo at lumabas ng room.
"Muka naman siyang normal?'' I whispered to myself.
I ignored nalang that weird na nangyare and dumiretso sa cafeteria. I was new so wala akong kasabay kumain. There I saw her, the girl that caught my attention. Nakita ko siya magisa so I stood up and walked to her ng nangangalahati na ako palapit sakanya. May lumapit sakanya na grupo ng babae. Umupo ako malapit sakanila so I can hear there conversation.
"Ikaw ba si Fenela Emnas?" Tanong ng isang babae.
"Ah yes ako nga yon" she replied
"Setter ka right? Why don't you try out next week. Bye! See you! Hihi" sabi naman ng isang babae.
Fenala Emnas, talk to you soon. Sabi ko sa utak ko.
Deanna's POV
Nagmadali ako palabas ng room dahil hiyang hiya na ako. Who is she? What's her name? Is she weirded out? Ang daming tanong sa utak ko yet wala akong masagot. I saw Ponggay and called her at lumapit sakin.
"Hows your day so far Wong?" She asked.
"Not a good start Pongs" I said with a sad face.
"What's the problem?!" She asked with and intense tone.
"Shhh! Pongs you're so loud. There's a girl kasi and I think she's weirded out sakin. Pano ba naman nagsustutter ako habang kausap siya and nahuli ata niya ako na nakatulala sakanya nung papasok siya ng room" I answered.
"Wag ka na mag-alala let's just go and eat. Nandun buong squad sa cafe."
And we walked to the cafe. Nandun buong squad ko, my squad was formed nung 2nd yr highschool kami lahat kami nagstudy sa Ateneo Highschool. There's Bea, Jules, Maddie, Kat, Ponggay, Me, Dani and Jho. Squad naman ng boys ay sina Kobe, Ricci, Thirdy, Anton, Diego and Kib. We were all there to support each other through ups and downs.
