Two extra Battalions at Fort Gaines, Fort Mcree
two Battalions, Fort Pickens the same here at Morgan three Battalions, Fort Clinch four. So
about ten thousand infantry in reserve. Cavalry
three troops each fort. One thousand five hundred
troops in Cav. Sarna had to ask two questions, excuse me General I have a few questions.

broke down into fourths Army of the North is split
west and east same with the south. Am I correct?
Yes you are, what you getting at? Well those are your reserve troops why haven't you put those
Battalions on the line, what of your Shield are they
on the lines? That is all I have now. Those troops
and Battalions stay where they are, those are reserves to fill in after battle loss. The Shield shall
guard the towns only fight if the battle is near.
