chapter 14/mattys pov

***MATTYS POV***

I was hanging out with Jesse, Mikey and George, we were sitting around Jesses place, smoking some pot. I pulled out some coke because I knew Jesse liked it when I brought some over.

"Nice man now we can all get hyped!" Jesse exclaimed, he was the excited type, always screaming and laughing.

"Matty go easy will ya?" George was in my band and he knew I sort of had a drug problem.

"Don't worry Georgy I got you covered." Little did I know I was going to turn into a raging mess. I was already depressed before I took a hit so the coke just made it worse.

I made a line and sniffed it right up. It made me feel good, it always made me feel good, it was a nice break from reality, too bad I took too many trips. I was feeling amazing, invincible really, so I took another line and that's when things got a little out of hand.

I started screaming about Lux and everybody told me to calm down, I couldn't calm down, there was no fucking way. I ran out of the place and drove to Lux's apartment, I was amazed I didn't get into a crash. When I got there, I started screaming at her to open the door and when she did she had such a pained look in her eyes. I knew she was worried about me, she always was.

I don't really remember the rest of it except for the sex. I just recall laying in her bed crying and her pulling out her marlboros and smoking up as she was crying. God I fucked up her life, I really did.
