| VISERYA DIDN'T LEAVE HER ROOM FOR MOST OF THE DAY—-still tired from not only the journey, but the battle as well. Unfortunately, the main reason for her not being able too was because she couldn't. For everytime she would try and leave, a guard would follow her and gently escort her back to the room. So instead she bought her time by studying maps she had brought along with her. Hild walked around the room, gently tipping her index finger on her chin as she listened to Viserya plan and talk to herself.
She tried to give comments when she could but mostly she just listened. Even with this, Viserya still felt like a prisoner—like King Alfred was keeping her locked away in her room. And for what, safety? Or was it because he was bored? or was commanded too? Or maybe from the people who wanted her dead. Viserya didn't know which, but she swore as she was going sleep last night, she could hear the click of the door locking from the outside.
It was no doubt that the people were afraid of her. They believed that she would burn their houses to the ground and their children. Stories of old folklore. But she pushed it to the back of her mind—not letting it get to her as she loomed over the maps of the country. And of ones of her birth place, given to her by Beocca. Oh how she dreamed of going back home, to Dragonstone. The place of her birth. She sighed before throwing the maps to the side.
" I wish to leave the room Hild." Viserya impatiently said while tapping her fingers on the table. Hild swallowed hard, " M'lady the king has asked for you to remain in your quarters until he sends for you." Viserya rolled her eyes, " The king or his mother?" She asked looking over to Hild. She didn't reply but only looked down at the floor.
Viserya exhaled in short huff, " I will not be treated like some animal or prisoner here, I refuse to be treated like this. Now I'm starting to think coming here was a bad idea." She leaned over the maps, placing both her hands back on the sides of the table. Hild slowly walked over before placing a hand on her back.
