Chapter 16: Little talks

Cam's POV

Lunch time

After mag'promise ni Maya na hindi niya sasabihin kay Leo, nagpa'tulong ako sa kaniya tungkol doon sa secret admirer ko. 

"So kilala natin toh I'm sure"-maya

"Alam ko na yan!"-me

"So isipin mo lahat ng naka'usap mo about love letters"-maya

Loading...

"Wala eh"-me

"Ano ba pano natin to mafifigure out!"-maya

"Isipin mo! Piga'in mo yang neurons mo!"-maya

"Hindi ko nga alam kung ano kinain ko kagabi eh. Yun pa kaya!"-me

*sigh*

"Balik na tayo sa room! Baka dumating na si Flores"-maya

5 minutes before class, pero konti lang yung tao sa room. Pumunta ako sa chair ko. May Nutella na nakapatong sa desk ko. May naka dikit na sticky-note dito. Handwritten ulit, same yung hand writing sa letter na natanggap ko. 

"It's as sweet as your smile"

Napa'blush ako doon. Grabe ang wide ng smile ko abot tenga. Tinago ko yung nutella sa bag ko.

Pumasok na si ma'am Flores. Katabi ko na ulit si Kier. 

Nagpa'seawork lang naman si ma'am busy kasi ngayon yung mga teachers. Science fair na kasi bukas. 

Buong hapon seatworks lang ang ginawa namin. 

"Kier, wala muna tayong tutor ngayon ha!"-me

"Okay"-K

Isang tanong isang sagot lang kami since naging seatmate ko siya ulit.

Umuwi ako kasama ni Chuck, sinundo kami ng driver namin eh. 

Science Fair

As red cross naka may naka'assign na stations sa amin. Sa quiz bee ako naka'station ngayon. Si Francis yung kasama ko. Taga section Faith kasi siya kaya hindi kami close. Hindi rin kami nag'uusap. Naglaro nalang ako ng Temple Run sa phone ko. Ay, borrriiiiing sana may himatayin na at may gagawin na ako. 

"CR lang ako ha"-F

"Bilisan mo!"-me

Hay naka 10 million na ako sa dalawang oras na upo ko dito. Ba't kasi dito pa ako inassign? Naisipan kong bumili ng tubig since mukhang wala namang mangyayaring masama sa mga contestants. 

Pagbalik ko sa table wala pa rin si Francis. 

May naka'dikit ulit na sticky-note sa table ko. Nakak'alaram na tong admirer ko ha. Para na siyang si "A". 

Ito yung naka'sulat:

Cam,

Kung nakamamatay lang ang BOREDOM, madami na ang PATAY!

Ayoko namang mamatay ka Cam. Kaya heto joke. Tawanan mo kahit corny. 

I chuckled. Corny naman kasi talaga eh. Haist. Si Francis kaya yung secret admirer ko? 

Tinago ko yung papel ng nakita kong papunta dito si Leo. 

"Babe. Meryenda"-L

Binigyan niya ako ng Nova at Minute Maid.

"Thanks babe"-me

Binuksan ko yung Nova. Then kumain.

"Sige. Alis na ako ha. Baka mapagalitan ka pa ni ma'am de Vera"-L

"Ay. Boring pa naman dito"-me

"Tss. Okay lang yan babe. Mamaya lunch? Sabay tayo?"-L

"Osige. Bye babe"-me

Umalis na siya. Hayyy. Back to boredom. 

"Sorry matagala ako ha"-F

"Sus. Wala namang nang yari eh"-me

Linabas niya iTouch niya. 

"Gusto mo?"-F

Habang tinaas yung isang earphone. Kinuha ko at pinasok sa ear ko.
