It's been a week and Isabelle misses Corbyn even more

She hasn't been out of her bed and she won't talk to anyone

She ruined her perfect attendance but she doesn't care. Nothing matters to her without Corbyn.

"Isabelle you have to get up and go to school you've missed too much" her mom says waking her up

"No"

"ISABELLE GO TO SCHOOL" her mom rips the covers off her

"You can't make me"

Isabelle takes her pillow and puts it over her head

"Yes I can now get up and go" she grabs her and makes her stand

"I-I can't. Corbyn's there with his new girlfriend. I can't see them together"

"Seriously this is about Corbyn"

"YES IT IS ABOUT CORBYN!!! I NEED HIM MOM I NEED HIM LIKE YOU NEED AIR. HES EVERYTHING TO ME. AND I RUINED IT ITS TOO LATE HES ALREADY MOVED ON" she collapses on the ground in tears

"Oh honey" her mom crouches down to her and hugs her rubbing her back

She continues to sob loudly

"Shh it's going to be okay."

"No it's not. Today was supposed to be our 4 year anniversary. And it's his birthday. I had the perfect gift for him"

"I'm sorry"

"I just want him back"

"I know you do trust me i know"

Somehow Isabelle's mom got her to go to school and now she is unfortunately there

As soon as she walks in people run up to her asking where she was last week.

She walks by everyone and goes to her locker

She takes everything she needs out and walks to her first class

She walks in and walks by a group of desks that has Jonah, Lilia, Corbyn, and Reyna

They all are laughing together and she misses that

Last Wednesday Jonah asked Lilia out and she said yes. Ever since he asked she stopped talking to Isabelle and became best friends with Reyna.

In the process she lost all her popularity. Everyone thought what she was doing to Isabelle was wrong seeing as everyone loves her.

Isabelle sits alone across the room and takes out Corbyn's gift

She contemplates giving it to Corbyn and decides she will

She walks up to their desks and pokes him

"Oh hi" He says when he sees her

"Um I-I got you a birthday gift. So uh here um happy birthday"

"Thank you Izzy"

He opens it and it reveals a picture frame of all their best moments

"What is it?" He asks

"It's a collage of um us. I made it a while ago. You can throw it away if you want. It was expensive though so I guess you could sell the picture frame and get a lot of money" She walks away but she grabs her hand to stop her from moving

"Ye-yeah"

"I really like this thank you"

"Oh you're welcome"

She leaves with a smile and returns to her desk

For the rest of the class she thinks about how he looked actually happy to see her.

While she thinks about him Corbyn keeps looking at the picture frame missing their relationship.

No one knows it but Corbyn really wants to be with Isabelle again. This Reyna girl is nothing compared to her.

To Corbyn Reyna is too obnoxious and obsessed with herself. She also yells at Cody which Corbyn doesn't like. But the worst is she makes fun of Corbyn for liking space and she never wants to read to him.

He feels really bad that Isabelle is sad and wants to help her.

He still loves her

"Hey what are you thinking" Reyna asks

"Nothing. Um I'm going to go over there for a minute" he tells her getting up

"No stay here" she pulls him back down

"No i want to go" he struggles out of her grip and walks away

He sits in the desk next to Isabelle and taps her shoulder

She turns to him and smiles sadly

"Hi" he says

"Hi. Why are you here?"

"Well I miss you. I want to be friends"

"I want to be friends too"

"Well I'm having a birthday party tonight and I wanted to invite you. Your parents were already coming but I don't know if they had you coming to"

"Oh I'll go who's invited"

"Well Jonah Of course, Lilia, and um Reyna"

"Oh I don't know now. I mean I don't want to mess up the couples time"

"No please come. Please I really want you there. Maybe you and Lilia can be friends again and you'll be friends with Reyna"

"I don't really want to be friends with her"

"But pleasssssse for me can you come"

"Fine"

"Yay thank you. It's at 5 I'll see you then"

"Yeah see you"

He goes back to the group leaving Isabelle happy that he wants to be her friend
