Mya heard about Ivy's story how she got the scar. She felt sorry and tried to go outside once more.

"Wait just a minute, Mya." Am said, looking at Mya from the corner of her right eye, "Where are you going?"

"Oh uh..." Mya answered, "Just out."

"Are you planning on seeing Gar again?" Am asked, "You're too young for that of stuff yet."

"We're just friends, Am," Mya mewed, "and I have that planned when I'm older. It won't happen anytime soon, I promise."

"Are you sure?" Am asked once more.

"I'm sure," Mya nodded.

"All right, I see you're telling the truth," Am replied, "Give him a light scratch if he tries anything."

"No, I rather pinch him," Mya added, "It's less violent than a scratch."

Mya looked at the tooth Ivy was holding.

"Mind if I take a photo of that?" she asked.

Ivy nodded and Mya took the photo of the tooth with her pocket camera.

"All right, be back before dark," Am nodded, trusting her little sister.

"I will, I promise," Mya mewed before leaving for the door.

"Wear something warm before you leave, it's cold out there," Am reminded her.

Mya went out the door with a warm jacket on her and looked around for Gar, remembering Am's promise to be back before dark. Gar greeted her and so did Hikari. She came by, and Mya walked up to her with the photo in her hand.

"What are you doing?" the lioness asked.

"I'm trying to figure out something," Mya answered.

She held the photo next to one of Hikari's teeth.

"Not a match.." Mya sighed, "You're good."

"What's this all about?" Hikari asked.

"I'm hunting down the puma that attacked Ivy," Mya answered, "and this tooth Ivy took as a trophy."

"You are kidding me..." Gar sighed, "We're hunting down a puma that attacked Ivy..."

Gar was wearing a jacket too.

"I would never harm anyone who is your friend," Hikari added.

"Your teeth don't match the one Ivy is holding," Mya mewed, "You're off the hook anyway."

"I may have an idea who could of done that..." Hikari put in.

Am followed Mya, Gar and Hikari in secret, knowing what they're up to.

"Stop right there!" she called out.

Mya froze.

"Am, I didn't know you were following us.." Gar gasped.

"I know what you're up to," Am scolded.

"And so do I!"

It was Otto's voice.

"Dang it!" Gar hissed.

"Otto, I think I know what's going on here," Am added, "They're trying to hunt down the puma who attacked Ivy."

"I knew Gar was sneaking off and never told me to do something he's going to regret," Otto replied.

"At least Mya told me before she left," Am nodded.

"I think they're after another puma," Hikari mewed, "I would never harm your friend, Am."

"I believe you," Am said.
