Am suddenly remembered something from her past, when she was all alone when Erica went shopping and when Mya was still a toddler, sleeping. She met someone nearby the shelter where they use to live. There was crying, as if someone needed help. Am walked slowly to the sound. It was a girl, about two years younger than Am herself. The girl looked at her, her eyes were bright blue and she has ribbons in her hair and on the center part of the collar of her shirt. Am knew she's a Sylveon. Am took a slow step forward and keeled next to her, rubbing her back.

"There, it's okay..." Am said softly to her.

The girl started to stand up when Am began to stand up. Am looked at the other girl's body structure, how thin she is.

"Okay, can you please stop crying?" Am begged.

The other girl stopped crying like Am asked her.

"Where am I?" she asked.

"You're in the back yard of our shelter," Am answered, "My name is Am. What's your name?"

"I'm Sylvia," the girl answered, "I'm so hungry..."

'Yeah, you're pretty thin there...' Am thought, 'You poor girl, looks like you haven't eaten anything in a day or two...'

"All right," Am sighed, "If my older sister Erica comes, I'll tell her you're a visitor."

Sylvia's stomach was growling loud and Am had to get her inside.

"Am, who is this?" Erica asked.

"This is Sylvia," Am answered, "and I found her crying and she hasn't eaten anything for a while. Erica, we have to help her..."

"All right.." Erica sighed, "Let's see what we have for our guest..."

Mya was looking at Sylvia.

"She's skinny..." she mewed.

"Mya, don't be rude," Am huffed.

"Sorry..." the kitty toddler wailed.

Am saw Erica carrying some fruit. Sylvia's eyes lit up and grabbed the nearest thing, an apple.

"Whoa!" Erica gasped, "She looked like she hasn't eaten anything in days..."

"We can't send her away when she's done..." Am sighed.

"We'll let her stay until she's ready to travel once more," Erica nodded.

"Thank you..." Sylvia said to her.

"Am told me your name. Nice to meet you, Sylvia," Erica replied, "My name's Erica. I see you met Am. The small toddler is Mya."

Am looked pleased how well her older sister took it.

Am's memories of Sylvia faded and now focused what's happening now. The Pichu girl looked outside. She hope to see the Sylveon girl again, but went outside for a walk. Heather was behind her, tilting her head to one side, asking Am what is she doing.

"I'm just taking a walk, Heather," Am answered her.

The Eevee girl nodded, understanding.

"It won't take long, I promise," Am vowed before heading to the path where she spent 10 years in the shelter.

Am walked and saw the shelter for the first time in 4 months. It was abandoned, but someone else lives here by the look of things. Am recognized Sylvia and she has someone else living with her. Am knocked on the door.

"Anyone home?" she asked.

Sylvia couldn't believe her eyes and gladly answered the door.

"Am! It's been a while..." the Sylveon girl cued.

"Eight years as a matter of fact," Am replied, "We moved in another base up north from here."

"No wonder it looked empty," Sylvia added, "So Ada and I decided to move in your old home."

"Ada?" Am echoed.

"I never told you this..." Sylvia admitted, "She's my big sister. She wanted to stay with me for a while. I've told her about you and where you use to live..."

"You're Am, right?"

Am was dead in her tracks when she saw an Espeon girl who is taller than her, almost as tall as Erica.

"Sylvia told me so much about you," she said, "My name is Ada. I am indeed her big sister."

"We moved out four months ago," Am replied, "Now we live with Linda's group. This shelter brings me back some memories.."

"We're taking this shelter now," Ada said, "So you wouldn't mind if we stay here since you and your sisters aren't living here anymore..."

"No, go ahead," Am answered, "You and Sylvia can stay here as long as you like. You're welcome to visit me in my new home."

"That's nice of you," Ada replied, "Wow, you two known each other for eight years..."

"Yeah," Sylvia answered, "I was so hungry, but Am and her sisters took me in until I was strong enough to travel again."

"That's very generous, Am," Ada said calmly, "Thanks for looking after my little sister eight years ago. I'm glad you did because I would have gone in deep depression if anything happened to my little sister."

"It was nothing..." Am answered, rubbing the back of her head, "I thought what I was doing back then was right. Ada, How old are you anyway?"

"I'm 18," Ada answered, "and my guess you're 14?"

"Yeah," Am answered.

"I'm 12..." Sylvia put in.

Mya looked out the window when Am returned from her walk.

"Erica was looking for you," she said.

"Mya, remember that Sylveon girl we use to look after eight years ago?" Am asked.

Mya shook her head.

"Well, you were a toddler back then," Am pointed out, "Sylvia lives in our old home now with her older sister Ada."

"I remember," Erica put in, joining in the conversation, "and it was nice of you to let her stay in our old home. I'll walked there tomorrow and have a chat with Sylvia."
