The next morning Am was awake and wanted to take a walk. She saw Ivy outside and Am followed closely, but she was hidden in the bush. Edward approached her and Am had to stay quiet in the raspberry bush. Edward looked at Ivy and followed her quietly.

"Ivy, this isn't fair," Edward said, "Everyone else trusts me now."

Ivy turned around, still furious about his past actions.

"Oh, they do now?" she huffed, "I was the first to trust you, then you've turned your back and betrayed me!"

Edward was a bit worried.

"What makes you think you can join?" Ivy growled, "I left Fuyuki because he lied to me about my parents' death, and it's all his fault they're dead."

"If you would listen to me, you will change your mind," Edward pointed out, "I left him because he treated me badly."

"Oh really?" Ivy growled again, "Then why did you set those pumas free? One of them clawed out my eye, thanks to your poor choice! Otto's older brother Andrew killed him, and I felt peaceful after that."

"What can I do to make it up to you?" Edward asked.

"You really want to know?" Ivy huffed, "Maybe you can admit what you've did was wrong."

"I had no choice," Edward sighed, "and I admit, it was wrong of me to treat you so poorly. Erica has got some sense into me and that was when I left Fuyuki. I want to start my life over, just as much as you do. Fuyuki will have to continue his plans without me, because he has Sora and Kana to boss around now."

Ivy felt a little guilt in her heart.

"I have to admit what I did earlier was wrong.." she sighed, "I'm not going to forgive your brother for what he did, but I'm ready to forgive you now Edward. Now I see why Am and Erica trust you. You turned over a new leaf. You will have to earn back my trust by proving yourself."

"I'll never forget this Ivy," Edward replied kindly, "Thank you. I promise I'll make everything okay for you and Am's clan."

"Glad you feel remorse of your actions," Ivy said also kindly, "Just know I'm not a pushover anymore."

When Edward left, Am looked pleased.

"Ivy, that was the right thing to do," she said.

"Am, how long have you been watching this?" Ivy asked.

"Just before Edward was talking to you," Am pointed out, "You did the right thing Ivy. Forgiveness is what Edward needed from you all this time."

"I guess you're right," Ivy sighed, "What a fool I was..."

"Well, the most important thing is things are going to be better for now on," Am added, "Just remember that all mew mews are not always bad."

"Except Fuyuki..." Ivy growled, "We're still going to find out what he's planning to do."

"Yes," Am nodded, "Fuyuki has caused so many problems."

"Indeed," Ivy agreed.

Mya was out looking for a way back to the South Region territory. She didn't wake the others, but spotted Edward walking back to the hut he stayed in for the night. She wanted to see him. Edward noticed her.

"Oh Mya," he said, "I wasn't expecting to see you there."

"I just want to thank you for saving me and Gar back there," Mya mewed, "Why was Ivy so mad at you?"

"Something stupid," Edward sighed, "You're kind of young to understand what I've been through."

"Don't judge me by my age!" Mya hissed, "Fiona showed me in a vision. I am sorry you suffered through this. I just hope what my sister is doing is helping you."
