The Final Demon!

Decided to have Tetsa begin to expand on her new found power. It's not quite as powerful as her Godly Vigor form but it's essentially a temporary power boost to her physical abilities. I can't believe i'm saying this but, the entire time I've been writing this series, I've been having way more fun writing about Tetsa than Damos. Tetsa isn't even my own OC, she was created by a friend of mine. It's weird to think that I enjoy writing about my friend's OC rather than my own. But anyways, enough of that. Enjoy!

We made our way down the stairs of the tower. When we would reach the bottom, we would be met by the final member of the Oracion Seis, Midnight. If we could take him down, Nirvana would stop working, and our mission would be complete. Plus, with Jura by our side, there's no way we can fail since he carries so much overwhelming power. We made it to the bottom of the long staircase and we were about to go through the giant doorway. Natsu went to open it but he only moved it a crack before a blinding light shone through it. No one could figure out what it was but we all knew it wasn't good. "Everybody get down, now!" Jura yelled as he ran in front of us all. The light grew so bright that I couldn't see anymore. I don't know what happened after, everything went black and a loud, explosion could be heard. My only thought was that Midnight was at the other side of the doorway, waiting for us to open it so he could attack us. I came back to my senses and saw everyone but Jura was inside a small dome shaped shelter. "What the heck happened?" Gray asked. "Was that Midnight who attacked us?" Lucy asked but no one gave an answer to either of their questions. "It seems everyone's alright, but where's Jura?" I asked as no one could figure it out. "Maybe he's outside of this shelter." Natsu said as he punched his way through the roof of the shelter. We exited it and saw Jura standing in front of the doorway. He created large stone pillars to block the attack but I don't think it helped. He looked exhausted, like he was about to faint. He was breathing heavy as he stood with his arms out. He risked his life to protect us. We watched as the stone pillars began to disappear, showing that Jura was out of magic energy, and that he had been defeated. He turned his head slowly so he could speak to us. "T-The strength and courage you possess...your guild is a lucky one. It brings me great relief to have fought by your side, and to know you're still alive." Jura said as he fainted and fell to his back. "Jura, no!" We all cried as we ran over to him. No one could believe that someone who was one of the ten wizard saints could be taken down by a surprise attack like that. "Hang in there Jura, we'll get help for you!" Gray asked but without Wendy here now, we may be too late. 

"Ridiculous!" A voice said to all of us. We all looked around to see who said it but no one was in sight. Midnight was nowhere even close to us, so it was clear that someone else caused the explosion. "Who's there!? Reveal yourself!" I demanded as the voice began to speak again. "Brain is such a fool, he used the last of his power to lay this trap, yet only one of you fell in its snare!" The voice said which connected everything. "So that wasn't really Richard speaking to us before. It was Brain, giving us false information so we would fall into his trap." I thought to myself as I continued to look for the person speaking. "Look! Over there!" Happy said pointing to a crumbled wall. We all looked and saw the skull staff Brain was wielding. It was floating in the air, facing all of us. "Brain was a pitiful leader, a disgrace to the six demons! Bit our goal has not fallen out of reach. As long as Midnight stands, we shall be victorious. Since he's busy fighting one of your comrades, the one known as Erza, there's nothing keeping me of disposing of you myself." The staff said to us. "That cane's talking to us!?" Happy said out of confusion. "As a talking cat, I wouldn't think you'd find that all that surprising." Lucy said as Happy accepted it and calmed down. The staff then began to float over to us and laugh maniacally, but as it was showing off, Natsu stepped forward and grabbed onto it. He started slamming the staff over and over on the ground like he was a baby with a toy. "Will you knock off the creepy laughing! I've already got a splitting headache!" He yelled as we all watched him wave the staff around. "Cease this buffoonery at once!" The staff said as Natsu indeed let go. "Before you is the venerated seventh member of the Oracion Seis! Emerged from his slumber to destroy yo-" The staff tried to say but Natsu again grabbed it and started slamming it on the ground again. "So this staff is another member? Things are just getting confusing now." I thought to myself. The staff slipped ts way out of Natsu's fingers and flew a short distance away from us. "It won't be long now until that wretched guild is within our sights. Then we can finally begin to cleanse this world of refuse!" The staff said which began to worry us all. "You mean were already close to the Cait Shelter guild!?" Lucy asked as the staff turned to face us all again. "Indeed we are! Once their stamped out, we can truly begin our crusade of darkness!" The staff said as it began to laugh again.
