It had been a whole week since your visit to Graysons house and you still hadn't mentioned that you weren't technically supposed to see him. He'd been over every night, with surprisingly little to no bruises, just with the intentions of seeing you. It made your heart swell when he'd slip in with a sweet smile and ask you right away how your day was, excited to hear what you'd say. Even though 'dating' Kade was like willingly sticking your hand in a blender you acted as if your life was all rainbows and unicorns for the sake of his charming smile. As far as Kade knew, you weren't seeing Grayson, but you knew the secret would get out one way or another.
You were in your room, typing away at an essay that was due the next day when someone knocked on your bedroom door. Assuming it was your parents coming home early from their dinner you mumbled a "come in", not taking your eyes from the screen. You needed 5,000 words on WWII by tomorrow morning or else you history teacher would rip your head off since you were barely passing his class with a 78. "Hey, beautiful!" Kade's voice rings, shutting the door behind him before sitting at your desk. You mentally screamed, not knowing what reason he had to be at your house this late at night. "I say hi, and then you say..." He urges, trying to get you to respond. "I'm trying to do homework, Kade. Leave me alone." You snap, annoyed by not only his presence but also his voice, as usual. Turning your attention back to your laptop a hand roughly grabbed your wrist jerking you almost completely off your bed. "What the hell?" You scream, trying to pull your arm back, but to no avail. "I'm your boyfriend so you better watch your fucking mouth and show me some damn respect." He growls, eyes locked on you, his grip only getting tighter as you winced. "Let go of me you psycho." You say, trying once again to pull your wrist back. But of course, he refused. "I think you should listen to her and let go of her arm." A slightly deeper voice says from the window. Both your heads turned toward the guest standing in front of the open window with his arms crossed over his chest.
"What are you doing here Dolan?" Kade hisses, still locked to your arm, not showing any signs of releasing you anytime soon. "I could ask you the same thing, Perry." Grayson hisses back, with just a little bit more venom in his tone. "This is my girlfriends' house." He reminds, emphasizing the word 'my' to try and hurt Grayson. It looked like it had worked seeing as his arms had dropped slightly and his jaw tightened. "Plus, I told her to lose contact with you. So let me ask you Y/N, why is he crawling through your bedroom window at eleven at night?" Kade questions, jerking you toward him. You kept your gaze from him and locked your eyes on Grayson would looked as if he was about to punch a Kade sized hole into the wall. "Because she deserves better than the bullshit relationship you have her in." Grayson fights back, making a slight smile appear on your lips. Kade noticed the smirk and pulled you close, leaning down to whisper in your ear. "Remember what I said. I can and will tell your parents if you don't make him leave now." Kade whispers harshly, making you shiver in coldness. Glancing one more time at Grayson you let out a heavy sigh, you didn't want to do it, but you had no choice. It was either make him leave and not get in trouble, or have Kade snitch and be the cause of his downfall.
"Just leave Dolan. She doesn't want you here." Kade says, finally letting go of you so you could walk up to Grayson with tears at the brim of your ducts. "I'll leave when she tells me to you piece of shit." Grayson says, looking over your head at him. "Gray," You say quietly, shaking hands reaching up to cup his jaw. His features softened at your touch, he was so gentle with you, placing his hands on your elbows so lightly like he thought you might break with too much pressure. "please leave." You squeak out, your voice breaking with each syllable. Now it was his turn to tear up, it broke your heart. Grayson never came close to crying, not even when his face was a bloody pulp. You stood there for a moment longer until Kade pulled you back. "There you have it, now go and don't ever talk to her again." Kade pushes. "But Y/N, the other day..."Grayson trails, choking himself up. You knew if you continued being sweet to him that he wouldn't leave. You needed venom and anger to push him away, even though all you wanted was to pull him towards you.
