Moon Dust

Chapter 21

The small group treaded over the hill and walked through the town that the castle was located in. They managed to sneak through the first level of defense as it seemed as though persons weren't interested in the people that went through King Python's town. The plan was simple but they knew it would never be as it seemed. Ezra wasn't worried though because this would be the moment he would redeem himself for the two beat-downs he had had. He sensed the leviathans as they etched closer to the castle and he knew that they would be the first line of attack. It seemed as though Python had anticipated their arrival because the moment the gate was destroyed a group of leviathans emerged with their leader being at the forefront of the group. He was dressed in a full black suit with the top button of his shirt opened revealing parts of his toned abs and he flashed a deviously cute smile despite being the enemy. His flowing white hair had been pulled back in a tight ponytail and he seemed to be enjoying himself with his group of companions.

"Well it seems you've come for another beating my dear Ezra," he hissed coldly.

"Why of course not," Ezra smirked, "I've come to destroy you."

The leviathan leader casually walked towards the cliff of the castle and winked at Ezra before he jumped into the sea that surrounded King Python's castle and transformed into a large sea monster that appeared like a dragon. The sky changed from a blue peaceful sight to an angry revelation. There were dark dominating clouds that caused the sea to roar angrily as the waves rose and crashed against the castle walls. The creature's teeth were large and showed the sharpness regardless of the age of the creature. It used its claws to climb up the wall baring its ugly face and showing its forked tongue. It was the father of all monsters coming from as far back as the first creations. It lunged at Ezra and Ezra sprang into action the moment it swiped its large claws across his face.

Dylan closed his eyes and called forth his sword as the other leviathans rushed at them along with the palace guards and those loyal to King Python. Khadeen started attacking anyone that was at close range by using telekinetic power to inflict pain on the guards by turning their bodies in all different positions and engulfing the leviathans in flames which roasted their bodies. The leviathans proved to be a challenge for Dylan as they were creatures of death at the highest level and he had not dealt with any creature of their power before. One of the leviathans lunged at him knocking him off his balance and started landing blows across his face. His face now had long claw marks across it and the blood slowly oozed into his left eye. He wiped it away quickly and cut off the leviathan's hand which fell to the other side of the battle field where Ezra inflicted a long slash across the leader of the leviathan's hide. The creature roared in anger as Ezra transformed into a beast. His skin peeled off as the beast within came to surface. The face of the beast was scary with long fangs that were black. Its eyes were also a mixture between red and gold with red on the inside and the gold having traces all over the red. Its claws were a foot long and its built was very muscular. It was part wolf that had glowing symbols all over its dark cloak. It stood seven feet tall and roared as an answer to the leviathan's deadly roar. Its symbols glowed brighter as it chanted another attack enabling the rocks to attack the leviathan's face. It screeched in anger and landed a blow on Ezra and he landed into a section of the castle. Ezra recovered quickly and moved with lightning speed towards the leviathan casting a spell that contained it into a large impenetrable ball and used a bright light to engulf the ball roasting the leviathan. Ezra removed the spell and the dead corpse of the leviathan fell into the sea and the sky cleared.

Isis called on the water and transformed into her hybrid form and washed away all the remaining guards into the sea below.  She activated her hybrid power by calling onto the Titan side of her to control the remaining leviathans. Her eyes changed into a stormy blue and a black symbol carved its way into the remaining leviathan's faces and they became bonded to fight along with her.
