Chapter 1: Mourning the lost

There they stood in all there glory, the beautiful night class along with a day class student, Zero, Yuki who had now turned into a pureblood stood with the other night class students. With there heads down in sorrow they faced the grave of their dearly beloved '(Y/N) (L/N), beloved sister and student, she will be missed by many' sniffles could be heard as they tried to keep their tears in, Yuki bent down placing a single (F/C) rose on the grave...(Y/N)'s favourite. Many others were placed on the muddy ground as well, sadness floated in the air but it was to be expected of a cemetary. Only two on te crowd knew that this was not where (Y/N)'s body actually lay here, she had been taken to the vampire hunter HQ for unknown reasons. These people were Toga Yagari Kaien Cross, Mr. Cross had disagreed to the idea but was forced into it by his superiors despite no longer being a vampire hunter.

A frown was present on eveyone's face, even Ruka who hadn't liked (Y/N) but even she admitted things were not the same without the ball of energy around, they doubted anything would ever be the same again. No one knew how much Zero blamed himself he always kept a straight face as usual but he was the cause of (Y/N)'s demise even thought the head master always tried to remind him that thanks to (Y/N) he won't become a level E and now had no risk of turning. Yuki also wished she had spent more time with (Y/N), she wished she was nicer as did Ruka, Rima wished she had alos spent more time with the girl. Akastuki missed the girl but would never admit that he was good seeming as he never really talked to the girl, Kaname was in a boat of depression, he rarely ever smiled anymore even though he has his beloved sister back. Kname was an emotional rollercoaster often you could find him staring out the window with a sullen look on his face or even crying.

Takuma, Shiki and Aido wanted nohing more then to tell the girl how they felt about her before she had passed but it was too late, they like Zero and Kaname, wanted to hold her again. Inhale (Y/N)'s scent and never let her go...they wanted to sink into her never fading heat but that was impossible, as far as they knew she was cold now...so cold. the thought itself brought tears to their eyes her presence could never be replaced she was in every sense of the word irreplaceable. Thought both Zero and Kaname hold feelings fo Yuki she would never be enough to fill the void (Y/N) had left in their hearts. They all sighed knowing they had to leave, staring back longingly they shook their heads and walked away no matter how hard it was they always came back...always.

A figure stood watching from the shadows in the trees as the students and teachers walked off, a fown etched onto thos person's face, oh how they wished they could go out there and say what they needed to say but it wasn't time...no yet. But when it was who knows if they'll accept this person back again...they only hope everyone will.
