Everyone in the supernatrual relm was training with minimum rest for the war approaching, it would be more then world war 1. More then world war 2 it would be the war between human and vampires. A war that had been going on silently ever since the existence of vampires came to be known even though most people didn't believe it. This war would change everything and it depended on everyone, we all must have a part to play in this, we all needed to be strong and work together on this. Humans and vampires always seemed to have it out for each other, it was only natural they feed of humans and we try to stop that from happening but the fault isn't only on them, oh no certainly not.
Humans are also to blame, we make these stereotypes that all vampires want to eat us or kill us. However that is simply not true! Most vampires do want to drink our blood but that does not mean all of them do, we hunted them even though they had backed off, we killed their families and destroyed their homes. We are both to blame for this war other species would stay along the sidelines watching from the shadows knowing better then to interfere. Even though the vampires planned to wipe out the humans they would need to rethink their plan, human blood was what they needed. Sure vampires could survive off animal blood but it tasted vile to them, like vegemite....but worse. And us humans needed vampires too, not only to they suck out any issues we have with our blood but they also help control out population problem.
The head of the vampire hunter association pretended to be sharpening her bladed fan while she was watching the other learning their fighting style. Akatsuki controlled fire, Aido controlled ice, Shiki could congeale (sp?) his blood, Kaname's power was undeterminable as he seemed to have many. Not only that but he was holding back. The other's simply had amazing fighting skills, unbeknownst to the head the others were also watching her. They could feel her gaze as she continued to sharpen her blade, most of their attention was on training but not all of it, Kaien who was taking large gulps of water from the side also glanced at the woman from the corner of his eye. It was certinaly suspicious how she ended up here of all places although Kaien was one of the best of the best hunters he retired for a reason.
Kaien sighed and sat down next to the woman "why are you here?" he asked "i told you i-" "cut the crap and tell me what is your true reason for being here?" he cut her off quietly with a small growl. Even though he knew all the vampires in this room which was the majority of people could hear him he still talked as quietly as possible. The head narrowed her eyes "you don't trust me do you? Look i'm telling you the truth, there was a pureblood female in our HQ she killed our newbie, sucked every last drop of blood her had in him. Apparently they knew each other too" the woman wasn't exactly lying, if fact she was telling the complete truth only leaving important parts out.
"but still, why come to here of all places? You could've gone to nearest HQ outside our own" Kaien said "i could've of, but i knew only you of would be able to get rid of her other then a vampire and like i would let another one of those vermin into my HQ" she hissed unaware that all vampires in the room were glaring at her. Even Zero surprisingly, he hated to admit that he was a vampire but he knew he was one and hated being called names. Thouth Toga also hated vampires he had to speak up against the verbal abuse "don't forget that some of those vermin just saved you life" the head glowered at him "i'm aware but i didn't ask for any of it" she hissed.
Zero shot the head off of the training dummy which caught everyone's attention "then why are you still here? If you hate being around vampires so much why are you seeking our help?" he asked. Zero's head tilted to face the ground, a shadow casted over most of his face "because you were my last hope" the head whispered "there's no one other then either you Kaien or those vampires to take that girl down, what else was i suppose to do?" she asked tears seemed to gather in her eyes "i suppose you should take a break, get some rest" Kaien whispered turning his head away from her. The woman nodded and got up to leave the room, once she closed the door behind her everyone let out a breath of relief "thank god she's gone" Ruka said.
Before the others got a chance to agree a shrill scream got their attention they immediately dashed off to find the source. They found the head at the front door on her knees trembling with fear, a hand covered her mouth and breaths flew our ragedly. Everyone looked outside the door just in time to see someone stomp through the gates with wicked grins on their faces
"We're here~"
