Chapter 8: Do i know you?

Everything is still, not a noise was heard, not even the breeze swayed the leave. Everything and everyone was silent, not a word was said from those who were awake. It was sundown normally everyone would be buzzing with energy but no today for something felt wrong...but what?

Here they felt it too, everyone in the vampire hunter association also felt that something strange was happening and they too had no idea what. The head slammed her hand down on the table making the doctors jump "get to it! find out what's wrong stat! Or i'll have your heads!" she yelled storming off while the doctors and scientists ran around the room like chickens with their heads cut off. The young pureblood sat on the large window sill looking out into the settign sun, the sky painted with blue's pinks and oranges in a whole the scene was beautiful but the girl felt as though she had seen a sunset just like this before but how? She couldn't quite put her finger on it "oh dear~" i painfully cheery voice yelled the girl still without a name turned her head to the woman "yes?" she asked "we have to train" the woman said stopping in front of the girl "not today" she sighed "what? You're defying me? On what grounds?" the woman asked "there's something wrong...something in the air it feels- strange" she muttered.

The woman stared wide eyed at the girl 'so she felt it too?' the woman asked in her head "i suppose you can put it off for today- if! You find out what's going on" she offered "you mean? I can go outside?" she asked hope glittering in her unusually beautiful eyes "yes but with an escort" she conditioned. The pureblood hopped off of the window sill and in front of the woman "when will we be going?" she asked "now" the woman replied. Walking to the coat rack conveniently place near them she took a cloak and handed it to the girl "wear this" she was ordered (at the side), the woman took a cloak for herself and slipped it on,

Both females flipped the hoods up so a shadow casted over ther faces and noe would be able to tell who they were. The woman kept a tight grip on he girl's wrist so she wouldn't run off and both stalked out the door and into town.

The girl stared in wonder at all of the people around the place, the wonders of the market was rather new to her. Stopping at a stand she picked up a small trinket and gazed at it in wonder, the head noticed she had stopped and ordered her to put the trinket down as they were on an important mission. The girl reluctantly did as told, feeling eyes on her she turned to the crowd. Just as her instincts had depicted there was indeed someone watching her, his hair was a shiney silver colour, eyes of lilac. A tattoo was peaking out of the colar of his shirt, his strange lilac eyes widened as they made eye contact. The youg pureblood smiled and turned around thinking nothing of it and continued to walk on until she was lost in the crowd unaware that the male was trying desperately to catch up.

*Zero's P.O.V*

Kaien asked me to run an errand from him again, i sighed with my hands in my pockets as i pushed my way through the crowd in the market when two hooded fingures caught my attention, the slightly taller was ordering the shorter one around. I watched with interest when the shorter one turned their head to me, it took me a while to register what was going on and for a while i wished i hadn't. It was her, the same (E/C) eyes. The same (H/C) hair. The only thing that was different was that she was alive 'but i had watched her die! I held her in my arms as she was taking her last breath! How is this possible! Am i hallucinating?' i snapped out of my thoughts when she sent that same smile she used to my way before turning away and walking into the crowd.

I reached out my hand desperate to catch her, pusheing people out of the way harshly, desperation was plastered on my face before i lost her completely. I stopped as i could no longer see her sucking in a deep breath i let it out "(Y/N)!!!!!!!!"

*Author's P.O.V*

The girl turned back around in shock as she heard a name being called out '(Y/N)? Why does that seem familiar?' the girl thought curiously. The woman also hearing the scream hurriedly took ther young purebloods hand and dragged her away from the market 'it seemed we've found the problem...if he tells anyone and they don't think he's crazy, my whole plan will be in jeopardy. I've beebn stupid i should've never let this girl out not until the day she will kill them all. (Y/N) will stay with me, if she ever hears her name again she will most likely remember, i have to stop her from remembering, i have to' the woman thouht bitterly as she continued to keep the girl with the hidden identity away from everyone and everything, even if that means risking the girl's happiness, even if it meant breaking her. What needs to be done will be done.
