After sitting among the three kings for a while, Aro decided it was time for us all to run off and go to our chambers. As I arrived in mine, I found my phone and rang Rose.
"Adeline! Are you miserably missing me already?"
"Oh Rose you know I am."
"EW ARE YOU ALREADY TALKING TO ABE! UGH I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE LONGER BEFORE I HEARD HER NASTY VOICE!" I heard Edward yell in the background.
"Hey now. You better treat your royalty with more respect!"
"Wait Adeline, what?"
"You are talking to Queen, I guess, Adeline Volturi. The first female leader of the Volturi coven, and the vampire community."
"Adeline. Holy heck. That is amazing."
"I'd like to think so," I smiled proud of myself.
"Can I tell everyone?" I could tell Rose was proud of me.
"You can after we get off the phone. I need some Rose time."
*** Rose POV ***
As I ended the call with Adeline, I smiled to myself ready to share the news with my family. I walked downstairs into the living room and called for my family to meet me. As soon as they had all gathered, including Jasper and Alice, I was ready to share.
"Babe, why did you call us together? Is something wrong?" Emmett is too pure, I love him with all I am.
"No, nothing is wrong. I have good news, directly from Italy."
"Oh," Esme said happily, "Has Adeline already called?"
"Yes! We talked earlier, and she told me I could share this with the family. Our dear Adeline is officially, Adeline Volturi Queen of the Volturi coven and vampire community!"
I heard gasps from all of my family members.
"They accepted her as a member of the royal three?" Carlisle said calmly, "That is such an amazing honor. I know she must be happy."
"She sounded as if she was."
"It's a good thing for us," Emmett said, "Now when they come to kick our butts because of Bella, we have someone on the inside."
I couldn't deny that Emmett was correct, it will be lovely to have Adeline on our side, but this is about Adeline not Bella.
"Wait," Jasper said softly, "She's now royalty? A ruler and law maker?"
"Yes. That's what Queen means," I know I shouldn't snap at him, but I can't contain myself. I looked at Edward, hoping he would comment on whatever was going through Jasper's mind.
"Yes Jasper, it means you should probably be cautious what you do. My guess is by this time, Aro and the others know exactly what happened between Adeline and you."
"Oh good luck brother," Emmett said slapping him on the shoulder.
You know what they say about karma; I'm just waiting for his.
*** Adeline's POV ***
"Addy?" I heard Jane say softly from my doorway. I quickly ran to grab the girl in a hug.
"Oh Janey! I've missed you so much!"
I felt her squeeze me back, "I can promise I have missed you a million times more. Court is very boring without you here."
"I don't doubt that," I stepped back, sitting on my couch.
"Tell me about your time away from here. How was it?"
"Wait I want to know too!" We both turned to see Alec entering the room.
"Alec, it's no fair! You got to go see her I didn't!"
"It's not my fault you can't be controlled"
"Oh really?" Jane questioned using her power on Alec.
"Yes really," Alec responded doing the exact same action.
"Hey! Children! Put the powers away! I'm not feeling like dying today!" I said laughing at the two, "Why don't you both have a seat and I'll tell you both?"
"He/she started it," they mumbled while sitting down, before looking at me with wide eyes.

After my time with the witch twins, I headed towards the throne room.
"May I speak freely?" I asked my equals, "I have news on the Cullens."
"By all means, please do share dear Adeline."
"The Cullens have told our secret, a human."
