A/N: so...I'm sort of back?

LETS GET ONE THING STRAIGHT, these updates ARE NOT GOING TO BE REGULAR!!

I have so many AP CLASSES, it's just not happening. I have so many things to do even now, but I saw that I pretty much had this chapter finished, and decided to publish it.

If you guys want more from this story, leave some feedback. I need it, and enjoy !!

The further my feet continued to move through the forest, the softer the nefarious, crappy music became. For that, I was eternally grateful. But as it became quieter, my thoughts grew louder.

Feelings are one thing that would always be my downfall. From feeling too little, to feeling too much, it always seemed to reflect negatively on my life. And now, it was too much.

It destroyed me, emotions. Without purpose and without mercy. It just came fast and tore me apart slowly as it made its way out of me.

I shouldn't even be bothered by Jackson invading his slimy tongue down that girls' throat. I had no right, especially since I was the one who yelled at him NOT EVEN TWELVE HOURS AGO about my miserable life. Blaming him!

My emotions were once again getting the best of me. And I was letting them! The only thing my mind could replay was the laugh of that turpitude girl Tiffany cruel laugh and the scene of Jackson and the girl.
'
Anger was the first thing I felt the second my feet moved one in front of the other. I couldn't feel any ache as one would feel from walking this far out with dress shoes. It was surprising since I am very prone to that.

Rustling and the snap of a twig caused my thoughts to abruptly stop and the hairs on my arm to stand up in alert.

'Who else is out here?'

"Dove? Did the lone wolf finally come out of her den?" A familiar velvet voice called against the subtle breeze of the night.

Of course. Who the hell else would it be?

"Go bother someone else, stalker!" I call back and start to speed up a bit.

He caught up to me fast, almost appearing right beside me, creating a sort of gust of wind. "As your guardian angel, I'd like to point out walking alone in a dark, creepy forest is a bad plan on your part."

Creepy? Sure, the woods were dark, and you could distant sounds of animals nearby. But when you looked up, the moon shined brightly front and center accompanied by millions of twinkling little lights in the sky with no buildings blocking them, or loud noises to disturb the serenity. A place like this, I could never see from my apartment.

"I happen to like it here. It's very peaceful, and would be more so if you left. Why don't you go back to touching second base with the blonde, dreamboat." I snap at him coldly.

His eyes held confusion before they sparked in realization. "Oh you mean Raegan? She's a scavenger angel."

"Why is she here?" I hated the jealousy that escaped my voice.

He didn't seem to notice, and only fidgeted for a few seconds, before finally speaking again.

"Rebekah...," He called me my name?  Someone alert the damn media. "You need to get you and Savannah out of here. Now."

Concern and fear filled me as fast as a bullet train. I knew that tone. "What's going on?"

"I can't tell you. It's not safe." He persists. "I know you're angry with me, and I don't blame you. But you need to go."

Angry...oh yeah. Wait STOP GETTING DISTRACTED!

"Tell me right now or I will scream bloody murder." The look that came across his face was one that showed he didn't believe I would. "I really will."
