Emotions are too complicated to be described in one word. They have the power to make you cry or make you feel like you're on top of the world. They can make you hate the same person you love. They can make you want to throw someone off a cliff, then rush to the bottom to catch them. To describe emotions, we would need all the words in the dictionary, possibly more.
