I knew who it was. I could tell by her sickening laugh. "Poor Jade. No one cares, no one knows, know one loves." She laughed. I couldn't see her but I could sense her evil. All I saw was the shiny metal of her arm and the color yellow from her eyes.
"Did I mention those were about you." She came closer. There was something black behind her. I couldn't see it. She touched my chin with her long fingernails causing me to flinch.
She didn't say anything else she just left.
I was strapped to a wall with Hevesy metal chains. I wasn't gonna give up. I always came to save my friends. I spit on the cuffs and the metal burned in the acid. I didn't know I could do that. I rubbed my wrist and ran into Blaze. "Dang it!" She yelled and got up. I almost grabbed her but remembered. "Blaze it's me!"
She stopped and turned. "Jade? How did you escape?" "I spit on the hand cuffs and the burned I the acid." "Oh. My wrist got all bloody so I slipped out. It seems they power proofed all our cuffs mine were fireproof cloth."
We raced through the dark looking for the other but we couldn't find anything. "Give me more light I can't see." I told Blaze. The fire got bigger in her hand.
But it blew out. "What?" She sounded surprised. I heard flapping. I huge figure fell to the ground before us. "Leaving already?" It was her again. The room got ten degrees cooler.
She laughed. "Blaze! Run, Now!"I yelled at Blaze. I ran the other direction. Blaze followed. I ran into a wall. Blaze fell on me. I restrained from hurting her. "Ow! Are those thorns?" I felt them too.
Blaze lit up her hand and we saw Edan made a wall of thorns and entrapped the figure.
"Go, I'm Right behind you. " she yelled. We got up and ran. Blaze struggled behind clutching her stomach with one hand hand and holding a fading flame in the other hand. She fell to the ground. I had to stop cause I couldn't see. "Blaze?" Edan took a step to her. We heard a screech that sounded awful like a crow swallowing a turkey while giving birth.
"Go I got her." I heard Chrys, I kept running with Chrys carrying Blaze, yet she kept a light going. "Where's Wendell?" Edan asked. "I'm right here and I see a light. He was beside me running. We ran straight for the light ahead. We burst out the doors into the rain.
We kept running to the workshop so we could get to the mysterious helpers.
I heard the screech again. It faded but the I felt a sharp pain in my chest and fell to the ground.
