We all limped to the Capitol. I thought it wasn't such a good idea since we were all weakened.
As we got closer there were no Hydras. It was very strange. We just marched right into the presidents office. She turned.
"Oh I see you have defeated my pet." She spit as she spoke the words. I heard a loud crack like a gun being fired. I turned to see Joena. He had a smoking gun in his hand. Ash fell to the floor.
She died right there. "No!" Blaze screamed in rage. She grabbed Joena by the neck and shoved him against the wall. She crushed his skull on the wall while choking him.
Blood poured down the brick as she repeatedly beat his head on the solid. My eyes widened as I watched. Even the president's jaw hung open.
Joena turned bright red and he fell to the floor. She muttered. "Drunk moron." She bent beside Ash. And carried her in her weak arms. "Enough of this madness." The president hissed.
I couldn't believe everything that was going on. "Just kill her!" Edan yelled. "Oh, but you mustn't. If you kill me then everyone will think you are the villains in this story." She laughed
Villains? Story? Was this a game to her?
"Oh my god. Are you insane?" I asked. She kept laughing but it was stopped by a choking sound. She reached behind her back and yanked something out.
An arrow. Benny stepped forward.
"Benny?" "Yies. When youl arll lieft I thought if youl kielled the priesident. Youl might not have no more lefe."
I thought I was going insane. I whispered to Grant "what did he say?" Grant shrugged with a confused face.
We left the Capitol and continued with our lives. Knowing our chains were finally broken.
