"Get up! Get up they're here!" Edan shook me but before I could open my eyes she was shaking Wendell. I opened my eyes and sat up. I heard what sounded like a hover craft not a hover cart.
"Edan that's not a hover cart they might be against us." Her smile faded. They were trying to land. It was still raining. But it was a lightning storm.
I made a think ice umbrella thing. I grabbed Blaze and put it over us. The craft landed.
I wasn't sure what to expect.
The landing came down. "Come aboard!" I realized she had an accent. I knew it was safe because I recognized the black hoodie. I threw the ice before getting aboard. We got on the craft and took off.
She took off her hood and shook my hand. She moved on to Blaze then Edan then Wendell. She had curly black hair with a blonde streak in the front. She had chocolate skin and she was tall. "I'm Zoe." Her golden eyes sparkled when she talked.
"So would you like to sit?" She gestured to the sitting booth on the base of the craft.
I sat in the smooth white chair. "Wait there is supposed to be five. Did we forget someone? Grant land the craft!" "No no no, we didn't forget anyone, Jade just.... She just...." Edan couldn't finish the sentence. "Oh, Grant false alarm. I'm so sorry." She looked at Edan sadly.
"Who's Grant?" I was wondering. "Oh he's the pilot." She smiled. The pilot got up and walked over. "I put it on auto. So as Zoe said I'm Grant. So you are probably confused with why you are here. Well we aren't normal. We are like you, yet we are different. Your parent have been taken to server 2 where they will be safe but we are going between servers. Where we can be safe."
