Chrys, Ash and I walked for awhile before getting the call from Edan and Wendell. "We found it" I heard from the device. I hesitated. "Okay there should be a map on the screen just press the blue button on the side so we can come to you." I replied.
Five seconds later three figures appeared on the map. There was a green dot, a blue dot and a red arrow.
I knew we were the arrow. The green dot was closer and very slowly getting closer to the blue dot. I knew they were the other group.
Ash and Chrys crowded around me. I realized it got about twenty degrees cooler outside.
I heard Ash turn away to cough. "Are you alright?" I looked at her. "Yeah I'm fine." She sniffled. We started walking to the blue dot.
When we got about half way there. Ash collapsed. "Ash!" I turned and bent over her. I put my head on her chest. She was still breathing.
She was unconscious. "Chrys can you carry her?" He picked her up and began walking faster to the blue dot. Thirty minutes later we got there. I fell to the ground over whelmed by the cold. I felt clamy and stale.
I laid on the ground curled in a ball. "Blaze!" Edan looked at me. They crowded me.
But I just blacked out.

I woke up in a bed but I was still freezing. Edan was looking at me. She put a warm wet cloth on my forehead. "Edan?" "Shhhhh. You need to rest. The cold took a lot out of you." She was mixing some herbs. "What?" I said coursely.
"Think about a fire dying out because of how cold it was. The cold outside was too much for you and Ash. The jackets given too you weren't enough to keep you warm. Last night it was 22 degrees."
I was shocked. What scared me was Chrys and how he could create that. I felt vulnerable.
There was a knock. The door opened. It was a strange man. "I im Benny." He had an unusual accent. "This is a hotil room. And youl are safe. Let mi tell youl about miself. I im therty six. Miself was best friends weth youlr friend Zoe's Paipa. I well live youl alene niow. "
I didn't know what he said.
I laid my head on the pillow and Edan fed me some broth infused with herbs. I saw her doing the same to Ash.
I was not active for two days. The others were talking battle strategies while me and Ash were "quarantined". We played cards and we talked but we weren't allowed out of the hotel room. I knew Edan slept on the hide-a-bed-couch while Ash and I slept in the two beds. I offered to switch with her but she declined.
I felt useless and like a burden.
