I woke up.
Where am I?
I look around the room.
Is this a hospital room? How did I get here?
Suddenly the door opened, revealing a nurse.
She gasped as she saw me and then left the room in a hurry.
"Dr. Kim! The patient in room 225 woke up" I heard her say.
Out of nowhere, nurses start coming in and a doctor.
"Ms. are you ok? Can you tell me your name?" the doctor starts asking.
"My name? Um..." I think for a moment, "Oh Y/N!"
"Ok good" he then writes something down on the notebook that he is carrying, "Can you tell me what happened before you got into the accident?"
"I... don't know what happened, why am I here?"
"Ok, so you don't remember anything at all?"
"No..."
"Can you tell me what was the last thing you remember?"
"I, uh, giving birth to my child... wait, where is he?"
"Ok so this is what happened, you got into a car accident, involving you and your child. You have been in a coma for three months, and your son has been taking care of by your aunt. He was also hurt but only lost some of his memory. But you," he paused out of nowhere.
"You what?" I asked inpatient.
"You lost your child and we needed to make an abortion, it seems you have lost part of your memories as well. Don't worry we'll do our best to help you recover"
I was shocked by everything he told me.
"How did I get pregnant? When? Where? Why?"
"I don't have all answers to your questions, but what I do know, is that you were 3 months pregnant"
I felt my eyes tearing up.
I curled up into a ball and started crying.
The doctor went closer to me and gave me a hug.
"Don't worry if you need anything you can rely on me" he whispered to my ear.
"Thank you"
