"Cathy?" I queried. After recent events I still wasn't sure whether to trust my senses but yet, here she stood with a stance suggesting that she was not very happy with and I didn't blame her.

"How did you get out of prison?" I questioned her.

"Friend of mine, family of yours." She sneered. God, she's twice the psycopath than ever before. I knew right away. How could she go through so much hassle of getting someone out of prision and then getting them to do her dirty work? Lazy and preposterous.

"I was surprised really. She came in claiming that she was going to bail me out. I had no idea who she was and why she was doing it but when she told me who she was in relation to you, it was a opportunity I could not miss. Infact, I'd do it even if she didn't ask me to."

"Listen Cathy I know you're mad at me, and I'm mad at myself. I know I shouldn't of closed the door in your face I just had no idea what you had been through at that point, only if you had told me before any of this happened I could've and would've helped. I experianced everything you had been through; Scott kept me hostage in that godforsaken room, he beat me black and blue until I was unconcious. He done the exact same thing except only for me."

I lifted up my top to reveal my ribs, the hint of purple still remained then I showed her my scar. I noticed her face saddening with every scar I showed her. She knew that I could relate to her and that she's not alone. I gave her the 'could've would've should've' excuse hoping that that would be enough to persuade her, she'd always been a fragile person. I pulled my top down and continued.

"I just want you to re-think everything you've been asked to do. No doubt that she has sent you to kill me yes?" She nods. "But what if you get caught and she doesn't? You will spend more time in prison while she'll still be on the run. Where's the justice in that? Prison is an awful place Cathy." I barked, obvious that my throat was getting raspy from the amount of shouting. Unfortuantely that small chance I had of changing her mind completely disappeared and she shouted back at me.

"I KNOW WHAT PRISONS LIKE, YOU PUT ME IN THAT HELL HOLE REMEMBER? SCOTT HAS DONE NOTHING COMPARED TO WHAT YOU'VE DONE TO ME."

She edged closer to me, red faced with her fists clenched so tight that they almost turned white.

"I'm not only doing this for your mum, I'm doing this for me and in my opinion it's the right thing to do. All you ever do is ruin lives and no doubt that you're going to ruin Dan's, infact you may have already ruined it from the moment you met him."

"Don't dare bring him into this, this has nothing to do with him. Leave him out of it. Cathy, please just listen to me-"

"Why should I listen to you when you never listened to me? You closed the door on me." She sneered eyeing me up, and pointing at me acting as though that what happened to her was all my fault. In my opinion she should've gone and stayed in jail, she set fire to my apartment and her own cafe in an attempt to kill us, so prison was where she belonged. But I was trying to convince her to change her mind rather than to motivate her into killing me.

"When you came round that day, I recieved a text from my brother warning me about you and when you turned up, I was scared Cathy, I didn't know what you were going to do, especially after you just tried to kill us both."

"That bastard, I'm gonna kill him." She muttered through her teeth, still holding the knife towards me.

"JACK IS NOT A BASTARD...HE'S DEAD CATHY." I screamed almost bringing myself to tears. "All thanks to the woman you call your 'friend' and trust me, when she's finished with you she will kill you too, regardless of what you've have done for her and she will show no mercy."

She had just completely ignored that last statement, only paying attention to Jacks death, I knew she would. A smirk spread across her smug face.

"Jack's dead? Good riddance." She chuckled. That was it, I lost the plot. I ignored that fact that she held a knife in her hand and pounced for her knocking the knife out of her hand and tugging on her hair while battering her face, like a classic bitch fight. She escaped my grip when she kneed my stomach making me cripple and groan in pain. She got a few punches out of me until some employees ran in holding her back separating us. We both struggled to escape the grasp of the multiple employees holding us back, like a bull on a rampage just waiting to be released. Blood covered both our faces. The blood leaked from my mouth and I spat the little amount I had right at her feet and walked out. I saw Dan waiting anxiously, all the signs of anxiety were there; the constant need to fidget, biting of the nails and obviously the hand running through the hair. He ran over to me as soon as he saw me.

"Laura what happened? Are you alright? I started to worry after you didn't come back."

I was still enraged at the last comment Cathy had made, every step I made was a stomp, every breath was a huff.

"Cathy happened that's what." I spat. At the corner of my eye I saw Dan's face change drastically. I felt a light pat on my shoulder, I turned round and glared at the small employee.

"Excuse me miss, I'm afraid we're going have to remove you from the primises based on what's happened."

Great I can't even go to the cinema without someone ruining the mood for me. Nevertheless, I obeyed and dragged Dan alongside me. Just as I thought about the mood being ruined I saw Cathy being guided by security to the exit, we stared each other with such anger and hate, my blood was boiling, my fists clenched as well as my teeth. I wanted to punch her so hard. At one point I started to follow them ready to start the fight all over again but Dan held me back which was probably the right thing to do.

"She's not worth it Laura." she calmy advised, at least someone's kept calm or we'd all be in a bloody war.

"It doesn't matter anyway, she was sent to kill me and once my mum sees that she failed...Cathy will be dead within a weak. That coward, get's someone else to do her dirty work, doesn't bother to show her face."

My mind was completely baffled, a criminal literally walked into a prison where it is filled to the brim with police, releases another criminal on bail and gets away with it. She probably obtained a new identity, she could do it without a problem.

Ugh, snake.
