Hues of clementine, magenta, and blush flooded the evening sky. The summer solstice had just arrived and the young animals of Cyprus journeyed throughout the light baked lands.
In the distance a young babe toddles to the shore with a look of wild curiosity; her legs gaining strength with each movement. The girl reaches into the ocean to collect the iridescent object that stuck her vision.
The rapid sound of waves interrupted her exploration, and the force of the waves knocked her backward into the sand. As the foam bubbled from the sea, the babe stared in amazement as the foam took a clearer physique; a feminine physique.

Aphrodite stretched her new form as she stood in sight of this new realm. Light dew drops ran down her sun kissed torso. Her eyes opened, the swirls of amber, olive, and halcyon held an omnipotent sight that allowed her to control the heart of those who gazed at her.
The girl who sat on the beach stared up at the goddess, immediately falling in love. The not so modest goddess approached the girl, in her natural form, and placed one kiss on her soft forehead.
"You my child, shall be loved by one not of this earth, I bestow open you this love for the world to see and envy."
With a genuine smile Aphrodite journeyed into a nearby garden, greeting the flora and fauna she'd encountered. Forest nymphs approached the young goddess, with an overwhelming sense of admiration and servitude.
The human world would be forever be changed now that this goddess had made her home.
