Kakashi pov

When I woke up this morning I found a passed out mikasa on the kitchen floor and I rushed to he side, her face held a pained expression and her skin was ice cold. I went full panic mode a quickly pressed my fingers against her neck praying to find a pulse.

After a moment of searching I found one a let out a shaky breath of release, I scooped her up in my arms and noticed blood on the back of her head... This is bad. Her eyes opened for a second and she attempted to release herself from my arms but I just held her closer to my chest it wasn't long before her eyes drifted closed again and worry consumed my body as I took off running to the hospital. 

When getting there I was greeted by medial ninja who led me to a room, I placed the beautiful woman on the lone bed in the room and kissed her forehead before backing away for the doctors to take over as I sat terrified in the waiting room shaking as people would rush past in and out of the room, it wasn't long before I was joined by the Uchiha duo who were just as worried.

When the door opened a man came out "what's your relationship with the woman?" He asked to know if I was allowed the information, knowing I wasn't related and nobody left alive had a relationship with her I had to think fast. "I'm Kakashi Hatake, I'm her husband we live together that's how I found her" I said as If I was an amazing actor as he believed it but I got one heck of a glare of shisui.

"She hit her head terribly bad causing her serious brain damage its possible for her to lose her memories but not for more than a week. As you know a few months ago she was diagnosed with an illness that is eating away at her, it's like cancer but isn't it's 10x slower and will cause her pain and blackouts throughout her life but she might be able to live a full life" he explains leading us into the room I thanked him and sat next to her bed holding her hand which I gently kissed the back of.

When the doctors left the room only Itachi, shisui and I remained and to say shisui was furious was definitely an understatement. He was about to say something to me when mikasa sat up. Makes you wonder how long she's been awake or if she just woke up.

"You're married?! You never told me!" Shisui said heartbroken.
"I'm not married" she stated calmly, shisui immediately cheered up and was spinning an irritated Itachi around telling him he has a chance. Mika then went to lift her hand and noticed it was linked together her eyes followed my hand up to my arm up to my shoulders and then to my face before giving me a curious confused look. Probably because I'm holding her hand.
"Who are you?" She asked.

As those three words left her lips my heart instantly shattered nothing hurts more than loving someone who doesn't know who you are, it's like having a celebrity crush. When you're crazy about them but they know nothing of your existence.

My beautiful crush burst out in a fit of laughter and we all stopped and looked at her curiously as she wiped a tear from her eye "come on Kakashi you seriously didn't think I forgot you did you" I leaped on her and pulled her into a hug and she hugged me back she didn't push me away she excepted a hug.
"Heh guess you know about that illness now" she said making it obvious she heard the convocation and I just nodded into her neck I wasn't mad she didn't tell me well I was a little but right now I just needed her, just her.

"Pile on!!!!" A voice shouted from behind and shisui and Itachi leaped into us and the girl I was madly in love with instantly let go of me and grabbed Itachi and pulled him close to her chest, sadly I am actually jealous of this six year old Uchiha.

At some point the Uchiha duo left because well shisui had to get Itachi home as he is a kid still, this left me and Mika alone. I rested my hand on her cheek and smiled at her softly, she looked like she was about to say something but before she could I pulled down my mask and attached my lips to hers. She froze for a second going tense before she shrunk into the kiss and softly kissed me back with one of her arms wrapping around my neck I smiled in the kiss thinking of how many years I've waited to do that.
