We Were Friends (Kakashi x oc)

Mika and Kakashi are now 16, also if you dont recognise some names, they're random names of friends from the root.

Mika pov:

I stood looking over the village on the top of the hokage heads, this is where all chunin and above has been called, the meeting was simple, chunin are to help civilians, jonin and anbu are meant to circle and if possible kill the fox, root members are to go and find the genjutsu caster and kill him as well as find Minato-sensei and Kushina, their child is at risk and Kushina will be dying because the fox has been released.

I looked at Kakashi, I'm root so I'll be on a different mission to him, to face the fox is near enough suicide, but the way he's looking at me shows he's not worried about himself at all but he's worried about me. I kissed his cheek in passing and whispered "be safe" in his ear before disappearing in a poof of smoke.

I saw Minato he was standing in front of a masked man, his mask was orange with black markings on, his hair was black and a sharingan shone brightly through the single hole. Minato calmly analysed the mans actions, as I watched from a tree branch, Minato's eyes flicked up to me and a look of fear took over is features, I placed my finger to my lips telling his to be quiet, Minato was scared I would die, or something would happen to me, but he knows the risk that comes with being a ninja. 

I closed my eyes and concentrated, the chakra signature felt very familiar yet I couldn't place it, they're a fire user, Perfect, I'm water. I signalled to Minato the fire ball jutsu and he instantly understood what I meant.

The two of them ran at each other, Sensei threw a punch at the guys mask but his hand passed straight through, my eyes widened in shock... How do you fight somebody you cant touch.

I continued to watch as hit after hit was exchanged before Minato figured it out, almost the moment I did, there is a moment where his body returns, that's when you attack. Minato's kunai passes through the mans head and he transported himself to the kunai where he slammed a rasengan into his back. I teleported down to them and pulled stood next to Minato. "You did good" I whispered to him before my eyes widened at the sight of Kushina and baby blonde, I ran over to them and looked at them. The child was adorable, he looked so similar to Minato and Kushina looked exhausted like passing out was the first thing on her mind. 

Naruto was placed on a stone platform and Kushina stood over him crying. "Mika" Minato started placing a hand on my shoulder. "can you create a barrier around the area please, we need to restrict the foxes movement, push all the ninja but us out" He explained and I nodded before I sat on the floor cross legged and concentrated, I imagined red walls of chakra and formed some hand signs before massive chakra walls created around the area, and like a box, it had a roof, the area was secure and an ninja inside were teleported outside. I stood up at looked at the walls and through it I saw Kakashi who looked at me, with obvious concern, he can't do anything now and he knows that, I smiled at him before I turned around to see something horrifying. Kushina and Minato had a claw through their stomachs and it almost reached baby Naruto. A scream ripped its way free from my throat as I saw them, blood trailed down from the corner of Kushina's lips but she weakly smiled at me none the less, Minato started weaving some hand signs that I recognised, reaper death seal, I sprinted forwards and slapped his hands away from each other. 

"No no no! it's not going to end like this! You're my sensei! You're meant to stay with me and watch me grow as a ninja! You're meant to teach me the rasengan! You- You can't leave me like everybody else! It's just not fair, why do everybody I love die! Obito, Rin, Mom, Kirona, Mikashin And now you two?! No I wont accept it!" I screamed out loud so loud I know Kakashi can hear me, I can feel his eyes boring into my back.

I felt my chakra surge, I felt my eyes change, the Fernandez Kekkie Genkai, Heavens Wheel. My eyes were golden yet held tears, My agility, sensory and chakra is are out the roof but I was pissed. I weaved hand signs of my own, and In a second the fox was gone, and all that was left was Kushina and Minato with holes through their stomachs. "Mikasa, dear, can you pass me Naruto please?" Kushina asked weakly and I nodded silently my eyes still blazing golden as I handed the child to his mother.

"Naruto..
Don't be picky.. Eat lots and grow strong..
Make sure that you bathe every day and stay warm..
Also.. Don't stay up late.. You need lots of sleep..
And make friends.. You don't need a lot of friends..
Just a few.. Ones you can really, really trust..
I wasn't very good at it, but keep up with your studies and practice your ninjutsu hard..
Remember that everyone has strengths and weaknesses..
So don't get too depressed if you can't do something well..
Respect your teachers and upperclassmen at the Academy..
Oh, and this is important.. It's about the Three Prohibitions for a shinobi..
Be extra careful about lending and borrowing money..
Put your mission wages into your savings account..
No alcohol until you're twenty.. Too much can ruin your health, so drink in moderation..
Another Prohibition is women..
I'm a woman, so I don't know too much about this but..
All you need to remember is that this world is made up of men and women..
So it's only natural to take an interest in girls..
But just don't get hooked on bad women.. Find someone just like me..
Speaking of the Three Prohibitions, be wary of Jiraiya Sensei, you know..
Naruto, from now on, you're going to face lots of pain and hardship..
Be true to yourself.. Have a dream and have the confidence to make that dream come true..
There's so much.. Oh, so much more that I want to pass on to you.. I wish I could stay with you longer..
I love you" Kushina said as she ran a finger over Naruto's cheek tenderly.

I put my hand in my pocket to find the button Tsunade gave me, I pressed the button and as promised she appeared in front of me. "Please, please help them" I said in tears staring at my sensei, she looked at them before she started shaking and she muttered "blood" She has a phobia of blood.

"please, I'm begging you" I cried collapsing onto my knees and she looked at me before agreeing, she moved onto Minato and squeezed her eyes shut and began to heal the forth hokage, He didn't reach full health but enough to stop the bleeding and moving around, this secured his life force while she started on Kushina who wouldn't let go of Naruto.

"Mika, where did the fox go?" Minato asked me as I wept on the floor, I looked up at him shutting the heavens wheel off before pointing to Kushina, and saying "Back inside" I knew Kushina would die if the fox was removed and every child need's a mom, and everyone needs a dad, I know that more than anybody.
